GoogleI never recommend this agency. they are racist, they don't answer calls, when you go to the office at 5:00 p.m., you don't find anyone. Although their schedule is from 9 am to 6 pm.

GoogleReally awful service! I left work early to view two propertys when I got there no one was there, I had to call them to be told both propertys had been let. A phone call/text would have been nice l.
Hi Georgia, From contacting our local team to discuss your experience, I am aware that you were contacted on three occasions, the morning of your arranged viewings, to advise that one of the properties you wished to have viewed had been let. I understand that two of these calls did go to voice mail and that on the third attempt you were available to speak were you were informed and expressed your disappointment at the situation at missing out on viewing properties due to your working patterns. Regarding the second property, after discussing your concern with Ashley, Senior Manager, I was informed that the viewing was attended by Ashley and two further calls were made to you to question if you were attending the viewing after waiting 20 minutes for you to appear.
