What can i say about the fulfords team Newton Abbot! Amazing, huge thanks to Alyssia, Beth & Lucy who from the first phone call listened to my rental needs and background story, first meeting with Lucy at the property and i unloaded 50 years of my life!!, poor lady had to take two weeks of abroad to recover from meeting me :) Jokes aside, huge respect to the team, supported me throughout the process and to my new landlord for reading my bio! and showing compassion, understanding and giving me a chance when things where looking pretty bad for me. Details Joe gave were thorough in terms of what Fulfords offered as a company = clear pricing, the selling procedure, in house services - which as a package could enable a smoother sale or purchase and he spoke with very high regard for the Team in working together - with a bit of friendly competition on who can capture each client and get them through the finishing line first 😆 Joe was very professional in appearance, polite, friendly, had a positive attitude and he has the gift of the gab (in a nice way), I could feel his drive for productivity and goal to not only gain business but also for personal achievement. We recently sold through Fulfords and cannot fault their service. Jon valued our property at £10-20k higher than that of a competing local agent and he was confident we could achieve this. We actually agreed a sale price just slightly over the top end! A great achievement in the current market. We found our perfect house and put an offer in before our house was even on the market. Fulfords worked rapidly and had our photos and advert ready within a week! We had lots of viewings with great communication and prompt feedback each time. The team were very helpful with advice and communication with our buyer when the solicitors were being slow! Simon Rock also gave very helpful advice regarding mortgages and I would fully recommend his services too, a great addition to the business to have this in house. All in all I would not hesitate to use Fulfords again in future and to recommend them to everyone else. Thank you to Jon, Joe, Jason and Kay - A fabulous team of people who work very well together!

I called the Lettings Manager on 26/01/22 to register with Fulfords as I had been advised our landlord was selling the house we were living in. My experience started badly when it turned out the staff at the Dartmouth branch had given me the number forsales and not lettings. I was advised that the Lettings Manager was away from her desk and to either email her or leave a message on her answerphone and she would call back later. I chose to do both, hoping that would ensure a prompt response. The next day, having received no response, I called again on two occasions and again got no response. A month later, having secured a property through another agent I emailed the Lettings Manager at Fulfords (who had still not replied to any of my previous messages) to advise her of this. On this occasion I copied in the Fulfords Customer Services and explained that I was not impressed with their poor service. This time around I received a very swift reply in which the Lettings Manager claimed to have been on leave when I had previously contacted her and proceeded to throw her colleagues under the bus and say they had failed to flag my messages to her. Needless to say I won't be using Fulfords in the future.

We originally had a lady called sally sell us a property with fulfords who was fantastic, then it got taken over by a gentleman called Jason. We were extremely pleased with all his help in getting the property sold when solicitors didn’t do their job properly! Jason kept us to date, made numerous calls and despite himself being very busy he went above and beyond for us. Would recommend :)

What an amazing job Jason and his team have done to help us with our house purchase. As if trying to move house during a pandemic is not challenging enough, we are making an international move back to the UK.
