GoogleI cannot praise Sheila at David Ball in Newquay highly enough. From our first meeting she was professional, friendly and filled me with confidence. Her advice on pricing my flat realistically and the work that needed doing was helpful. Communication was regular and I was kept up to date with everything in relation to the sale, which took around 6 months from first meeting to completion - about what I had expected.

Googleflat 3 Tower Road Newquay kept my mums deposit who is a pensioner and took another months rent from her bank scum bags don't trust, also said there was problem with light fittings which were like that when she moved in and said the carpet was stained which is also a pack of lies.

GoogleI sold my one bedroom flat as an investment through David Ball and the level of service was fantastic, especially from Lily! From the initial conversations about the sale to carrying out viewings with a tenant in place at the peak of COVID, and then dealing with a complicated legal position the team were always helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future or recommend them to friends and family!

Facebookthey are the worst estate agents to ever rent from, the house I rented for six years had no heating damp mould every where. I spent thousands on reinvention at my own cost. They refuse to refund deposit. The estate agents are as dodgy as they come stay clear
