I have rented a property on the Isle of Wight through Trigg &co. I found them excellent to deal with, Professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly not over the top and false as you find some agents. All the costs were clearly explained to me at the outset so there were no surprises or hidden costs later down the line. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again in the future.

Trigg and Co have been excellent from the start producing high quality photos for the sales literature and online presence. The sales staff remained very positive and proactive throughout some difficult times, they were very easy to communicate with providing regular progress updates and always responded quickly to queries.They were the second agents we employed to sell the house and were a significant improvement on the first, resulting in a successful sale.
