We let our property with trigg in march ,Kerry the lettings manager was very professional and always kept us updated of viewings and feedback after viewings,when a tenant was secured we didn't really have to do anything trigg did it all including an in depth inventory, we went with trigg above others as they offer a rent on time agreement which means if our tenant decided not to pay we would still get our rent and trigg would deal with the tenant at no cost to us ,so this really gives us peace of mind .we would definitely recommend them .
