GoogleAfter being let down by another Estate agents the week we were due to move, Peter Alan have been fantastic. They were efficient and understanding when we were anxious and in a bit of a rush. They sorted our house quickly and reassured us at every step. GoogleGood luck ever selling a property with these guys. Literally could not organise a piss up in a brewery. Rung up to view a property i was interested in. Appointment was actually chosen by the agent not myself. The very next day the agent appeared to have forgotten they had even made this booking. Sat at the property for over an hour, noone arrived or was there to greet us. After waiting so long i rang numerous times to see if anyone was going to show up, to no suprise at all noone was around to pick the phone up. Still waiting for their call back to explain themselves...

GoogleMortgage Service - As a first time buyer I initially viewed a house through Peter Alan and later chose to purchase another house offered by another agent. Due to this initial viewing I was put in touch with Anthony Gibbons who is a Mortgage Services Consultant at this branch of Peter Alan. At this point I had already spoken with a number of mortgage consultants within Newport so I thought this was going to be another phone call which would lead to nowhere, how wrong was I! Anthony was extremely friendly and knowledgable on the phone, and I instantly noticed that there was no pressure to use his service, he just genuinely wanted to help and had good knowledge of the local area. As a result of this phone call I chose to meet with Anthony to see what he can offer me. After this meeting I chose to use Anthony to assist me with obtaining a mortgage and as a result of this decision the whole buying process has been totally seamless. Anthony was able to access a wide range of competitive mortgage products and guided me through the whole process. Within a week of applying I had a fantastic mortgage offer which I really wasn't expecting to get due to my current expenditure. They say that buying your first house is one of the most stressful situations that you will ever be faced with, but I can truly say due to Anthony's assistance, I have not had to worry about a thing. Anthony is persistent in keeping track of the progress of the purchase, keeping in contact with all parties involved and really has gone above and beyond with the whole buying process, even when he didn't have to. What's even better is that I have a lifetime membership with Peter Alan so will be able to use Anthony when re-mortgaging, for an extremely low fee! Definitely a 5 star service.

GoogleI feel very bad with peter alan sales teams and Mortgage Advice teams.i come to looking the home 12 landseer closed Np197PG. I have morgatage principle with Halifax bank and I fail for valuation because of construction.plus Peter Alan newport morgatage Advice they check for me mortgage I will get the mortgage but I fail again with valuation and then I try again with another mortgage advisor I get the mortgage principle I fail again with valuation. One day they removed to my offer for 12 landseer closed And I planning to reviewing more home sales teams told me that they stop to looking for until 2 years So please to refund back my money 750 pound without get nothing.refund for money back 750 pound.stop to playing with my emotional around like officially scam and not my mistake beginning they check they say yes and they told me sign for signature I sing and they all reject for everything take my money 750 pound that will be fair.may I know And without getting anything. Answer me peteralan newport city centre.

GoogleTalk about going the extra mile! Lisa helped us arrange a very complicated letting for a friend living in London. Despite set backs, Lisa kept pushing forward and miraculously managed to keep to the tight deadline set. Moreover, she kept us updated all the way through the complicated process. From 2 very grateful guarantors and 1 very grateful tenant! I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Alan to friends.

GoogleAs a tenant you don't get to choose your estate agent, it's choose them or be homeless, right? They're generally fine until the time where you need your deposit returned. The "zero deposit" scheme they push for at the start is a con in my opinion (there's nothing "zero" about it, since you still have to hand a relatively large sum of money over, except you don't get it back). I strongly advise you be proactive towards the end of any tenancy and chase them for the deposit return, otherwise they're going to forget or you'll be at the bottom of the pile, waiting a long time.

GoogleRecently done 2 viewings on a home purchase with peter Alan . The first was attended on behalf of PA by a young gentleman, although very amiable new absolutely nothing about building fabrics. Was subsequently contacted task if I was going to put in an offer of over the full asking price even though we'd not expressed an interest in making an offer. The second viewing was on a house that had been on the market for over 14 months, my wife and I put forward an offer and waited .. they contacted us to ask if we would increase our offer later that day so after increasing it by 7k and was our final offer we waited a further 5 days before we received a call back, again asking us if we would again increase our offer..we obviously declined..but my advice to anyone doing business with this branch, don't allow yourself to be played into a bidding game against other potential buyer that dont necessarily exist .they play one prospective buyer against another to try and get a higher offer from you..buyer beware

Google****Do not rent with this company**** - if I could give 0 stars I would. They will leave you without repairs for months with 0 communication and then try and take hundreds of pounds at the end of your tenancy for the privilege. They have absolutely no regard for tenants wellbeing for mental health and their staff seem to make up demands as they go along.
