GoogleTerrible service! Called to ask if pets were accepted as ad of rightmove didn't say! Before I even finished my sentence the rude woman on the phone as barking her voice over me staying ' no. Definitely not' terrible service! Didn't even apologise for the fact the agents had failed to address this question I'm rightmove to begin with and save people wasting their time!

GoogleWill force you out of your home after advising the landlord to up the rent and try to squeeze as much money as they can out of tenants. Communication is pointless , unless you are a landlord they will treat you worse than a priest to a choir boy.

FacebookWell....what can I say?! The staff are just amazing! While I worked here over the summer holidays everyone in the office couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. That's exactly the same service they give to customers who visit the shop or whoever they speak to on the phone! I couldn't recommend this amazing company highly enough. Thank you everyone for making my time so great. ⭐️

FacebookThis company appears to be the worst estate agents I have ever come across. Unprofessional, rude, one member of staff even had the audacity to have an argument with me on the the driveway of a property after me insisting the house wasn't available for viewing. Find yourself an estate agent who knows how the law works rather than making up the rules as they go along.

Avoid this branch! Extremely poor service, I've called 3 times in the last 3 weeks leaving my details to say I'm happy to offer on a property. As a BTL investor ready to go with no chain I thought I would at least of had a call back.

GoogleStill wating for the repayment of my deposit, three months after leaving the property. They aren´t responding to my emails, and when they have done it has been very rudely and unpolitely. I think they stop caring as soon as you stop paying rent to their landlords.

GoogleI called up enquiring about about an apartment to rent. I was told that the landlord was only looking for people over the age of 30. I am pretty sure not allowing applications based on age is a form of discrimination. Other than that the staff member was nice and friendly.

GoogleI had my house on the market with them, and the service was really good. From valuation to viewings to offers, we were kept in the loop and never had to chase for an update. Very approachable and friendly but always professional. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I'd recommend their services.

Found they were decent at the start then rubbish afterwards, put the price up by £100 a month in the space of 2 years and were bad for maintenance issues, just be careful 🙂

GoogleTerrible customer service - arranged a viewing and the guy, Nick, arrived late and then was making jokes about how bad the property is. The flat also smelled of damp - from what people are say i'd recommend avoiding these guys, there's a lot of other private agents who are a lot more professional.
