GoogleSold our old house and bought our new one with M2 earlier this year, quality service throughout, Dan (one of the agents) did a great job in selling our house and his knowledge of the property market in the area we wanted to buy in helped us secure our new home. During the selling and purchasing process the back office team; in particular Temar were fantastic and kept us up to date throughout. If your're looking to sell or buy a property I would thoroughly recommend M2.

GoogleVery impressed with M2 estate agents from start to finish, we had a number of estate agents over to give us a valuation on our property and thought the price and service that M2 offered us sounded just what we were looking for .The efficiency on valuing our property and it going live to the market impressed us a lot it took just a couple of days, the video also did not fail to impress ..... showed our property off to such a high standard that I almost had second thoughts about selling! ...we where equally impressed with the office staff they where very professional and prompt with feedback and updated us after every viewing without any delay. GoogleAbsolutely brilliant experience. From the valuation to the completion. We instructed beginning of March and completion is 24th June, all done.... As we are moving abroad we needed a quick sale, we got very near asking price, loads of viewing, three offers, recommended solicitors were great too, communication and recommendations were brilliant from all involved. Thank you to the entire team at M2!

GoogleGreat customer service from initial viewings right through to completion today. Sophie handled my offer and was very pleasant and quick to respond. The purchase was progressed by Temar and what a lovely lady she is and great asset to M2. She constantly kept us up to date by phone and email, exchange and completion on the same day got quite stressful but she was always there to help and kept pushing and following up the solicitors and top of the chain. GoogleWe had a great experience with M2 and Temar. This is a second time we worked with M2 to purchase a house. We didn’t have a good experience the first time around due to lack of communication but post feedback everything changed. We were assigned with a dedicated agent to work with throughout the process and Temar did a top notch and excellent job with all the follow-ups dealing with our solicitor and the vendor solicitor keeping everything tight and neat for us. We really appreciate Temar for everything she have done. Temar have been amazing. Our offer was accepted end of April and we were able to complete right on time today before close of business which also save us the additional stamp duty! I have to applaud M2 for this because despite the unpleasant first experience M2 took the effort to listen to their customers and polish their customer service which is something very respectable.
