My personal experience of M2 was unfortunately negative!! and incredibly soured as ties were severed, from the onset we were advised to reduce the price of the property substantially to encourage and attract interest. In addition Dan the branch manager in Newport unfortunately overstepped his ground and emailed my ex fiance insinuating I did not desire to sell the property when infact I was managing the upkeep of the property large 5 bed property independently whilst undertaking work and postgraduate studies feeling incredibly exhausted with scheduling multiple annual maintenance appointments during a particular week eg boiler check, repairs, renewals etc again on a large property independently whilst my ex was abroad solely leaving me to manage these things Dan had manipulated the circumstances suggesting I had no intention of selling and I was blocking access to the property. When in fact from all the stress I had simply been incredibly busy a few weeks prior and leading up to the incident I was going away on holiday. He had drafted an email solely directly to my ex behind my back (which my ex had showed me and he agreed that Dan was being manipulative and had overstepped his ground) suggesting I was not being co-operative. I had given consent for the house to be put on the market and prepared the property in preparation for viewings from time to time there were times that I had plans but I communicated and negotiated with alternative dates to be accommodating. During visits I left the place free and accessible for M2...I'm appalled and disappointed by the gaslighting and manipulative tactics used by Dan McGuire. He stooped so low disappointing. Please next time be mindful of people's personal circumstances and stop making ridiculous narratives to manipulate the scenario to your desired outcome or narrow minded understanding as he has asked my ex "it appears she does not want to sell the property and is making it increasingly hard what are your thoughts?". Poor professional conduct!! Shame really!! I wouldn't recommend using their service! Please be more sensitive and professional in the future! Not to mention Dan requested we put the property on for £50k less than originally purchased! Don't bother going to them they won't get you the asking price you are looking for....it's safe to say that the branch manager stooped so low and over stepped his ground which show no professionalism and decorum
