GoogleHave recently sold and purchased through M2. My experience from start to finished was exceptional. All the staff are very professional. Kath for negotiating the sale. My purchase was delayed, but the communication with Temar was excellent. Emails were answered immediately, if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and get back to me, she definitely made the processes easier. Phones are always answered immediately. Dan was excellent with all my queries, and my many visits to the property, he never made me feel I was being a nuisance. I would recommend M2 to anybody thinking of selling, a 1st class service.

GoogleThank you Temar for trying to get as much information as possible regarding our first house purchase. Wasn’t the easiest first house buying experience with our completion date being 6 and a half months after we had our offer accepted. However, Temar made sure she tried to get up to date information from all parties. You can’t fault the service from Temar, and it definitely wasn’t her fault that we had a long wait. Very satisfied and happy that we’re finally in!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic overall experience! From the house viewings (with Joel) all the way through to the end of the of the process at completion (with Temar). Joel was never too intrusive with space. Gave you a some brief information and let you view in your own way, but if you had a question, he was right there to answer. Temar who dealt with the process was always quick to respond and help your needs in the best way possible, as well as assisting you with any chasing up to keep things flowing! I cannot say I had a single bad experience with M2... Too say the least, I would be surprised if anyone had a bad experience with them! Highly recommended!

GoogleI would 100% recommend M2 to anyone selling their property. From beginning to end they offered a fantastic service. They were receptive, proactive, and did things when they said they would (which goes a long way these days!) I cannot praise Temar, my sales progressor, highly enough. She always came back to me the same day, and had endless patience. She really was instrumental in driving things along, and was so pleasant and lovely to deal with! Thank you M2!

GoogleHighly recommend m2. Myself and my partner are first time house buyers, we were originally with a different ‘popular’ estate agent in Newport who seriously lacked in communication and just general good work ethic. We ended up withdrawing from this house sale for numerous other reasons but were glad to be getting away from a poorly run agency. Following this, the house we fell in love with was with M2 and we couldn’t believe how lucky we got with this agency. Nothing was too much trouble, replies to emails were quick and informative, phone calls were answered every time without fail. They were always two steps ahead in what they could do or offer us. They made the house buying process really easy and I would recommend them to anyone! Special thanks to Temar for supporting us along the way!

GoogleI would like to say how helpful Temar is at M2 Estate Agent. Although M2 aren’t the Agent handling my sale, Temar has been the most helpful with any query I have had to do with purchase of a property they have for sale with them. Nothing is ever too much bother for Temar, who also responds very quickly to the questions I have raised. Temar must be a very valued asset to the team at M2

GoogleYou get what you pay for, and that’s not much M2 Estate Agents have been a massive disappointment. If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. They turned what should have been an extremely straightforward transaction into a stressful and unnecessarily complicated ordeal for both the seller and the buyer. Their lack of clear and timely communication was staggering, making me wonder at times if this was the first transaction they’d ever handled. The level of incompetence and disorganization was beyond frustrating. If you’re considering using M2, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
Dear Stephen, We acknowledge your comments. The memorandum of sale on the property you were selling was issued to solicitors on 12th July, and completion took place on 25th October, a total of 105 days. As you are aware, the purchaser had a family bereavement during the process. Accepting an offer on your property is the beginning of the conveyancing process. Once the offer has been accepted, it takes approximately 125 days to sell a house. The total length of time the conveyancing process will take is dependent on various factors. These include the complexity of the sale and whether you are part of a property chain. Selling a house once an offer has been accepted can take months. We want to take this opportunity to wish you best wishes for the future.

GoogleM2 as a whole has been great but Temar in particular, has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She has kept us informed the whole way and has made sure when she got updates that we have been informed. It has been a really long process for us due to chain issues but we finally have a completion date and couldn't be happier with the service we have received. GoogleI was very happy to deal with M2. All houses viewing were set up and supported perfectly. Property descriptions were real and I ve got all additional info about houses that I wanted. When we chose a house all communications moved to Sales Progressor Temar Cawley, who did her job at the highest level of service. Responses within a few hours, transparent communications, proactive activity, desire to help to complete purchase and emotional support in our difficult times. I highly recommend M2 for those who want to buy a property with a very reliable estate agency.

GoogleOur sellers used M2, and it was an awful experience. The front-desk staff were always friendly; however, Temar Cawley dealt with us as Sales Progressor, and what should have been an exciting time in our lives buying our first home, was instead one of the most anxiety-inducing and frustrating. Temar regularly called and spoke in a very condescending and unprofessional manner. She tried to steer us away from having a full structural survey due to it being booked 2 weeks in advance which was too close to the sellers' completion expectation. This cost us £150 extra to move to a closer date, only to complete over 2 months later anyway due to continued hold-ups on the sellers end, which we were always accommodating. There were several instances where she put immense pressure on me to move things, do all the chasing myself, etc. with constant threats the sellers would pull out. There was never any response to our written emails, which is likely because she prefers to speak with no audit trail. As someone who works in a full-time role, having these calls at all times during the day really affected my mental health and ability to do my job, let alone with the added pressure of working through a pandemic. Temar showed no compassion for this. There was one particular occasion where she called multiple times on a Thursday, Friday evening, and 8:00am the following Monday, chasing up news on our mortgage offer as if anything would have changed over the weekend, on our only weekend away during the covid period. She would always call my number at this stage and never tried to contact my partner if I didn't answer. When the tables turned, and the sellers were the ones holding up the process (which was easily 11 of the 16+ weeks from offer accepted to completion date), Temar made negative comments about the sellers "having enough time to sort this" etc. I can only imagine what she was saying about us to the sellers. I would like to say, however, that Gemma was always very polite and professional, and I was instantly relieved when it was her on the other end of the phone. I really hope Temar can take this feedback on board and have some compassion for those already going through the stress of moving house and suffering with mental health issues instead of piling on unnecessary pressure and pointless costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I want to say a big thank you to Scott Gwyer who came to value my house he was professional and a very helpful person, who always kept me updated what was going on with my house, we had multiple offers on my house in the fist day of viewing thanks to Scott 🙂, he was always at the end of the phone if I needed any advice. A big Thankyou to Temar Cawely as well who was always kept me updated with the sale and always there if i had an enquiry she always got back to me within the hour with the answer. GoogleWe recently bought our first home and M2 acted for the seller. They were very helpful and the staff who conducted the viewings were friendly and knowledgeable. When we had questions as the sale progressed they were quick to obtain instructions from the seller and communicate back to us.
