GoogleI cannot fault the service we received from M2 Estate Agents Newport Gwent. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. Good marketing, photos and video of the property inside and out. They kept us up to date on progression of the sale and chased for any information that was required. Temar Cawley was especially brilliant throughout and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend.

GooglePLEASE BE AWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN DEALING WITH THESE AGENTS. Extremely disappointed with M2 Estate agents (Newport office). Falsely advertised a property without checking the title deeds correctly. Included a huge plot of land in the sale description, when this land was infact unregistered with the Land Registry. When my solicitor picked this up (luckily early on in the sale) they tried to down play it and say it was only a small part of the land that was unregistered. You would think the first thing an agent does when selling a property is check the title deeds and do their due diligence! I then emailed M2 estate agent regarding this matter. 10 working days on, they have failed to reply to my email, let alone apologise for their mistake. Instead, they have amended the advert to remove the description of the unregistered plot of land (they have clearly seen my email). PLEASE BE AWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN DEALING WITH THESE AGENTS. DO NOT ASSUME WHAT THEY SAY IS TRUE! I would hate for someone else to end up in a similar situation as buying a house is stressful enough as it is!

GoogleThe two gentlemen who showed us our house were both great, so lovely and informative. The staff at the front desk and the person allocated to us for our purchase was really bad. The house was listed as freehold, they advised they had done the checks and this was correct - after doing a survey it was leasehold and delayed our moving in date by 4 months as the seller had to buy the land. When we were finally due to get our keys, M2 stated they were not aware. When I called them after our solicitor told us the keys were ready, they said they had it written down for the following week. They gave us a card which said congrats which was nice, but only had my name & not my partners which I know is only little but it’s just so easy to get right. Really wouldn’t use you again.

Although there have been some stressful moments the professionalism and friendly nature of the sales processor Temar has made the process a lot easier. GoogleDan sold our house within 2 weeks and was great during those two weeks. Temar then took over as Sales Progressor and was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond throughout. Temar is an excellent coordinator and kept us up to date at all points of the sale. Highly recommend M2 estate agents. The fee is also a fixed amount regardless of price of the property being sold - which would work in many peoples favour.
