GoogleAfter our parents died suddenly, we sold the house through M2, and they were absolutely brilliant. Dan knows his clients inside out so is excellent at matching people up, then Temar managed the whole process perfectly. We then sold a second property through them having had a not great experience with another local agent, and again, they got it sorted very quickly and easily. I definitely recommend them.

GoogleI used M2 to sell our house and they were excellent throughout the whole process. They were very responsive to any queries we had and were always at the end of the phone if needed. They kept us updated with progress or any issues that arose and nothing was too much trouble. I found them to be professional yet personable. One of the positives was the fact that it was the same agent who showed people around the house so we were able to build up a good relationship with them and they became familiar with the house. GoogleCant comment on what they're like dealing with house sales etc, however, I asked to view a property in which they said I needed proof of my funds to see I can afford the property. I find this very personal and don't want to be sharing my bank details.I sent an email with my house sale details instead, they wouldn't accept this. Surely that proves I am suitable. I only want to view the house as ive seen others in the same price range, and they didn't have barriers to view the properties! Jumping the gun a bit. Its put me off.

The photos of the property really showed the property in the best light and so many people commented on how nice they were! The team kept in touch throughout the sales process and were so friendly and easy to deal with. I could not speak highly enough of M2. I would recommend them to anyone. We have had a long and protracted difficult sale, further hampered by the Covid lockdowns etc. M2EA communicated regulary with both parties at all times. Excellent photos and realistic achievable valuations!
