The main reason for a high star review is because of Jenny who is based in East Cowes . Jenny showed a lot of knowledge on the property we looked at,she was very professional and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and she never rushed us when viewings property.

GoogleBe warned do not expect to get your full deposit returned, it seems an expectation on their part you will not, this was clearly voiced when I handed back the keys, prior to checks she said I will get deposit back after quotes? Quotes for what exactly prior to inspection?This was a big red flag clearly, I would never recommend or use this company again. GoogleThe lettings team are terrible !!!! The process to get anything done by the maintenance team is appalling. It took more than 3 weeks to get a deposit back, and the service is slow. Almost impossible to get a call back to speak to someone. I feel very frustrated, which is why I gave them 1 star. A company is more than happy to take a sizeable deposit from you and get you into a property for their commission but it feels like once that's done, hose Rhodes Dickson are not able or willing to show good customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all
