GoogleThe lettings team are terrible !!!! The process to get anything done by the maintenance team is appalling. It took more than 3 weeks to get a deposit back, and the service is slow. Almost impossible to get a call back to speak to someone. I feel very frustrated, which is why I gave them 1 star. A company is more than happy to take a sizeable deposit from you and get you into a property for their commission but it feels like once that's done, hose Rhodes Dickson are not able or willing to show good customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all

GoogleSuch a helpful bunch of people. Through no fault of theirs the whole purchase took ages, they were supportive and understanding throughout the whole time.

GoogleI have just sold my mother's property, and although the initial help was good unfortunately it didn't continue. I seemed to be doing most of the running around, and a lot of my correspondence was not acknowledged. I felt the agent was working more for the buyers. This made what was a very stressful time for me, much worse.
