HRD Newport Isle of Wight sales office is excellent. The staff are always friendly and helpful and their customer service is second to none, which is very rare these days. Their phones are always answered within a couple of rings and they recognise who you are immediately you say your name and can update you within minutes. I would definitely use HRD again and 100% recommend to other sellers and purchasers.

GoogleProcess of renting was great and they were extremely responsive. However, when it comes to paying back your deposit, there is a lack of communication and they are slow to pay you back even when the landlord has released the deposit. Overall shows a lack of professionalism when it comes to closing a job.

GoogleThey advertise properties for sale as fully owned ownership and even when I put filters in no shares etc, then their houses come up and then you scroll down and the prices are only for share 50% ownership. Thats sneaky and ANNOYING

After pulling out of a sale for unforeseen circumstances HRD refused to release the lifetime legal I.D check report which we had paid £80 for, totally unreasonable and I will not be using them again .

GoogleI recently moved in to the island from a different country, that too with my children. Hose Rhodes Dickson helped be to find a house especially Ms. Kayleigh and Mr. Lloyd helped me a lot. They were friendly, very helpful and very quick in their work. Finding a home in the island that too for a non citizen is a Himalayan task which was made very easy only because I was with the right people.
