We were quite shocked with the sudden issue at our home. We hadn't taken photo and sent to Sarah for advice. Sarah had then effectively made all the necessary arrangements immediately and the issues were then resolved with the effort from handyman of i-mex and Hill.Sarah is as professional as she always be, explained to us the possible causes of the issues and comforted us.Sarah's kindness and effectiveness has made this bad event not that worse.

Today I had Terry Evans from Hill visit to address some minor defects to my property; namely some faulty door hinges, a loose fitting on the balcony and stiffness of my front door and lock. Terry was fantastic, he arrived on time and was patient while I returned home from the school drop in the morning. He was very friendly and we had a good chat in between him completing his work, turns out we're both local boys and his dad knew my dad, and his son was in the year below me at school.Terry went the extra mile to go and get some hinges which he needed to complete the work from the shops rather than having to make another visit and solved the stiffness issue with the front door and lock to make it fire safe. He was kind enough to tidy up after himself even though I said I'd handle it. What a great man, Hill are lucky to have him as an employee as he provides a friendly and thorough service and he has a great reputation in my eyes.

Georgia Philips in Customer Care is really responsive and helpful. She came to site and visited us a few times to see what our issues were, which is very important as we feel that she understood the issues and our needs and she tried her best to help us follow up on our issues. She usually would be able to get the right people on the job and fix our issues for us. It makes a huge difference comparing to others who may seldom go on site and who might not be able to differentiate one client from another and remember the issues.

Our new flat has quite a number of minor issues to be fixed which we have been discovering them day after day which means that we have been sending them to Sarah continuously instead of one go. Sarah has been very patient, properly recorded all these issues and assigned to the corresponding parties to handle. She is very caring and is always trying to keep track on the status. Sarah won't hesitate in chasing the vendors for an update for us. She has made our lives much easier in the process.

We really do not feel Hill could have done any more to make our house move experience a pleasant one. During challenging housing market conditions, our contact - Judy Hayden, as our 'face' for Hill was superb in supporting us and driving us forward to exchange and completion. Our chain was problematical yet Judy took ownership and displayed what is necessary to 'make things happen' especially during the chain progression process. The site manager, Andy Dawson was calm, reassuring and nothing was too much trouble to ensure a smooth move into our new home. Good old fashioned Customer Service. How refreshing. Well done Hill, Judy & Andy, keep up the good work. (Eden Green)

I recently had Alan Deadman come and fix my locks on my property, and he was fantastic. Alan was super friendly and lovely to speak with. He showed up right on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. The new locks work perfectly, and I feel much safer now. An all around really nice guy.

The garden door was having some issues with the metal piece at the frame being loose and damaging it when being open or closed. Luckily Bradley Sullivan was here today to save the day. He figured out what was going on with the door and he found an ingenious way to put the different frame pieces back in place. After this, the door frame was completely flat and firm, with the screws perfectly aligned.Then he came back to fix the LED light under the kitchen cabinets which fell down the previous day without much of a warning. He used a strong adhesive and gave a layer of paint to cover the few bits the previous adhesive tape had pulled off the wall.

We had the pleasure of having Andy Delaforce attend our property to repair what we thought was a leak behind the wall. Andy found the issue straight away! After finding the issue Andy had to cut through the plaster board etc… Andy fixed the issue and replaced everything to a very high standard. It was like he had never been. Very clean, professional, and was always on time! I could not recommend Andy enough. Any issues in the future I will most definitely be requesting Andy to attend. Thank you for all your hard work and finishing the job to a high standard.Zak.
