Great to have Barry today who came on time to attend the issues on window lock, wall peeling. Other than the scheduled tasks, he was also eager to help on ceiling light and sealing pipework gap patiently despite not scheduled yet. Not forgotten was the good arrangement on these from Claire (cust service). Feel very grateful to them.

Alan came to review an issue we were having, he was polite and friendly. He wasn't able to actually resolve our issue (no fault of his own) but he still tried to help as much as he could. He has gone away and highlighted the problem elsewhere to get it sorted for us. A very pleasant experience with a nice man, no complaints atall.

Richard came to fix crack on my ceiling and generally around my property. He was very precise and did his work very well. He was also wearing protectors on his shoes which was respectful to wear especially in the bedrooms where carpet can get dirty.He was also very kind and well mannered.
