We had just moved into our home after rounds of fixing. Yet there were still some minor issues which could only be discovered when moved in. Sarah has effectively arranged different teams to fix all these issues and because of our own issues, there were few rescheduling which Sarah has handled them seamlessly and patiently. I have moved in a month ago. So far Hill is very responsive. All the enquires are handled in a timely manner.I had a visit from Peter M today, he was able to help with all issues I raised (putting new silicon, painting small bits, fixing doors etc). Hopefully my future experiences won’t be different from today ;)

An ongoing problem could have been a major issue if it hadn't been for the truly exceptional care and service given by Michael Butterworth. The locking mechanism of my door was not working so Richard came to have a look given the property is still under warranty. Faik came to sort out the defects in my apartment 42 Juniper House. He has done a great job. I asked him to sort out some scratches on the doors as well as sorting out the original problems. He left everything clean and tidy and was very charming
