The carpenter arrived early and immediately put my mind at rest regarding the works to be done. He was patient and friendly with my excitable dog who wouldn’t leave him alone. He completed the work and tidied any residual mess from the sawdust. He also helped push my washing machine in to its slot. All in all a great experience, it’s the Michael Perrys of the world that make everyone’s day a little easier.

Mike Lewis and Paul Coppen worked in our house for 2 days. They were thorough and serious. They also fixed issues that we didn't report which was really helpful. After they completed all the works they cleaned and tidied up the place. Overall we had very good experience working with them. And what is not less important is that they are very friendly and nice people.

Today I had Alan Deadman come round to look at the issues I had within the house and he was very friendly and kind. He made sure that my main issue (mould and condensation) was dealt with and even gave me advice on how to manage it after he done treatment to it.
