His work was not only professional and meticulous, but he also made a point to use high-quality paint that dried quickly, greatly reducing my wait time. I first thought it was just a matter of only filler, but arranged by Cust Care Co-ord Claire, Ben worked hard and methodically scraped off loose deep plaster and used binding tape/PVA etc to make good a long crack (due to settling on new-build), on a ceiling abutting a newel post. Did an excellent job, now just awaiting drying/painting.Hope I get him again on other jobs if ever needed !

Michael Chapman came to fix the silicone in multiple places for us today. He did excellent job, I am very happy with his work. Besides replacing the silicone, he needs to paint the wall and he also helped to fix the bathroom glass screen not fit. He will check with me after finishing the work. He helped to contact customer team to fix the worktop joint once got my feedback. Thanks for his hard work and long hours spent to get everything done perfectly.
