Hill Operators (Peter Miller & Paul Coppen) attended today to tackle a massive task which was the re-painting of the majority of the house post plaster board snag fixes. Despite the scale of the task, these two gentlemen just cracked on with a smile and an upbeat attitude. They both did a cracking job and were efficient too! Well done gents.

I asked for a repair on the fridge door hinges and some cracks on the stairs walls probably due to the house settling. Ben Aken tackled both tasks within a limited time window, leaving the fridge door back to normal and covering the ugliest cracks on the stairs between the ground and first floor. Very happy with the outcome so far and looking forward to another appointment to finish of the stairs

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alan Darnell, he is a polite,informative and understanding representative of Hills.On the last occasion I had a different gentleman who couldn't wait to get in and out and didnt listen or try to help.My Experience with Alan however was excellent,he explained the issues in a simple way and listened to my concerns.If I need help in future I hope its with Alan.Informative,skilled and great customer focused skills.
