GoogleI cannot stress enough how excellent my experience with Crook and Blight has been, specifically Bethan in the rental department, she is a credit to her company and a truly wonderful person. This was the easiest most straight forward rental I have ever had and the lines of communication were always open. Emails were always responded to on the same day, and even when I sent an email in the middle of the night to ask a question I had a reply by 11am without fail the next morning which helped me so much as I am quite anxious. Having such a quick response time was a huge relief, and it really is all thanks to Bethan who was unwavering in her support and worked tirelessly to ensure we had everything we needed and had all the references etc handled so quickly I didn't even have time to worry about them! If I could give more stars I would. 10/10

GoogleWhat a refreshing change to have letting agent in Newport that understands that when going for a rental property your not applying for a mortgage. The staff particularly Anthony and Bethan great to work with and prepared to treat the client like a human not a clone and like others send them packing cause don t match the criteria of social standing or second chances. So impressed by them I will now only work with them to purchase the right property . BIG THANK YOU GUYS

GoogleWow, Wow, Wow!!!! What a sales team! I went to view a property today with Crook and Blight and I had Anthony and Dale show me around and explain my options, give me advise as well as as giving me a contact number for a fab mortgage advisor. One thing I will say is if I ever need to sell a house I will be asking for Anthony and Dale to sell it for me. I then called the office and spoke to George, yet again another super member to the team! They all gave me lots of useful advise because being a first time buyer I am learning the ropes! Can’t thank these people enough. Now to buy the house! 😁 Just to add I will be looking more at buying a house from Crook and blight because of this as they have given the best customer service experience! Thank you you lovely people!

GoogleWe purchased our home two years ago with Crook and Blight and the service was outstanding. We never felt at any point the priority was with the seller and they did their utmost to help us complete the sale whilst working through the difficult challenges buying a house can bring. They basically bent over backwards for us. After two years, we had to rent our house. We checked out the local competition for lettings and Crook and Blight won hands down. They are a small family business and they don’t have a never-ending charge list, the prices are by far the most competitive and they will accommodate your needs whilst looking after the renter. Their customer service skills are exceptional and we could not thank Bethan and the team more for all the service they have given.

GoogleViewed a property this afternoon with the amazing Sam! She was so knowledgeable about the property and area, she really put us at ease the second we walked through the door! Answered all our questions and ones we hadn’t even thought about! Didn't rush us through the viewing probably one of the best viewings of a house we have had so far! an absolute credit to crook and blight! She was a breath of fresh air thank you Sam!

GoogleWe were shown a property with an Agent called George who was by far the worst estate agent ive had the pleasure of meeting. He did not formally introduce himself, no handshakes and we (myself and partner) felt as though he had made judgments on us instantly. He did not answer a single question in relation to the property, could not answer basic questions such as how long the sellers had lived at the property! He did not show any real passion to sell the house. Showed the company in a very poor light.

GoogleI wish to share my experience as a potential buyer with Crook & Blight. A viewing of property could be arranged in the next day after a request was made. Then, further information from vendor was available also in next day after an enquiry was made. The staff of Crook & Blight gave prompt attention to all our requests/enquiries especially Ellie-Mai, I have never thought that a reply could be sent to me at 11:26PM! Thank for all the assistance and work done.
