They left us for 2 months without a working boiler and another time 3 months without electricity because of leaking from above on the bathroom. And in the end they charge us for cleaning the flat when it was perfect and I have taking pictures before leaving!!!

If you have a stereotype about the typical estate agent then we assure you that working with Jay Jethwa will shatter it. He is an exceptional estate agent and a decent human being. Yes, you read that right - that combination actually exists!
We had a flat to sell with nothing to buy. It should have been straightforward but because of a series of frustrating hurdles it wasn’t. Jay went above and beyond in providing a first class service. We had huge problems and delays getting our long term tenant out. Then - problems with the service management firm - who were frankly useless. We also needed to decorate before we sold. Jay provided every practical resource and put in extra hours of work - even on his days off. His advice was always fair, honest and realistic and his approach to the difficulties was courteous, wise and considered. He always did what was effective and ultimately in our interests and managed our anxiety when things became difficult.
He is kind and thoughtful - the consummate professional. His knowledge of the markets, the law and the psychology of selling is outstanding. We had some very serious medical problems to deal with as we were due to exchange and complete but once again Jay made this so much easier in the circumstances, liaising with our solicitor and making sure we had the best selling experience possible
It’s high praise - but it’s all true. We cannot fault his service. If only all estate agents were like Jay Jethwa. We are truly grateful to him

GoogleDecided to sell the house and got a few agents to do valuations. Last of the bunch was Victor Michael. Had a chap called Jay pop round. I would not be exaggerating if I said I have never met a person so confident at what he does. Jay explained me all the ins/outs and we agreed on a 8 week contract. Jay said he was confident of selling within this period. I have heard this from others so thought "he is another one". Cut a long story short, on the 8th week jay got me an offer very close to my asking price and around the next few weeks it's sold and done . I was amazed by the way he handled the whole thing. He kept me informed at all times of the progress made. I can't speak highly enough of this guy and would recommend this company without any doubts. In an era where there are so many big name companies with "pushy" salesman, Jay is an example of exceptional customer service. Well done Jay.

I thought victor michael is a big letting company and they are professional but the experience is worst then ever.First of all as soon as i paid them rent and deposit sales team stop answering my phone and said i need to speak to management.The management is worst then the sale team, specially the lady Works their name Miss. Victoria. Horrible customer service and she is so arrogant. When the landlord want me to evict the property i told them i trying to find it as property crises is all over the London and still she was threatening me and finally they send me the eviction notice. So i left the property and now they are not giving me my deposit back.So, i raised dispute on TDS and now they emailed me thats its nothing to do with them and now its between landlord and to resolve this issue, even though i paid deposit to victor michael.I dont know how they have managing the properties and getting all these 5 stars probably they have paid to PR company to made this up for me because the people works their they dont behave normal and also they dont treat others as a human being. i hope they director see this message and sack those people who are ruining his company reputation.

Thank you for leaving Victor Michael a review.I am sorry you feel that you have not received the level of service that you required.In response to your review, you initially rented the property through our Canning town, Lettings team.After you went through the referencing process and signed the move-in documents you were provided contact details for our management department where all communication would be thereafter.We have looked back at all correspondence throughout your Tenancy at the property and can confirm that no complaints have been received from you.To confirm the landlord sold the property with a different company as which notice was issued to you so the sale of the property could complete.The expiry of your notice was 03/4/2021 at which you did not vacate so the landlord proceeded with legal action against you.We understand that it may have been difficult to find alternative accommodation however the budget you provided us for the property and location you were looking for was unrealistic which was discussed with you.The court granted possession of the property and you thereafter vacated before the bailiffs attended to evict you on 09/09/2022.I can find no evidence of Your comments of staff member(s) threatening you however should you wish to pass on any evidence you may have relating to this we will look further into this for you. Victor Michael pride ourselves on customer service and will not tolerate any threatening behaviour from our staff.In relation to your deposit, it is not that Victor Michael is not giving you the deposit back which you have been made aware of.Your landlord has proposed deductions that you do not agree with. When both parties do not come to an agreement you are required to raise a dispute with TDS which you have done. Unfortunately, Victor Michael does not deal with TDS disputes and this is down to both the Landlord and tenant to provide all evidence and information for TDS to come to a decision.We can confirm all reviews received at Victor Michael are from, tenants and landlords that have used or are currently using our services, these reviews are not related to PR companies being paid to leave reviews as suggested.Best wishes,Victor Michael Estate Agents

It has been really tough to get to the position of renting out the flat. There were so many downs, I couldn't believe any ups were available.The Victor Michael staff supported me in finding the right fit, agreeing a 'move in' date, worked with me to get to the position where the project was complete Advice, suggestions and a friendly professional ear were included, not only because they are part of the service but because of the calibre of many of the staff employed.They did really work hard to getting a good fit and were not phased by a No.It is not usual nowadays for companies to improve and try to maintain a good customer service but ~I think Victor Michael(VM) has done this and continues on its journey.Apart from other companies, VM keeps up-to-date with the constant new Govt initiatives and ensures its Landlords are both compliant with and kept abreast of any changes.In this instance, Abu, in particular went above and beyond. When time was running out and there were only a few days and contractors were in short supply, he not only was able to get people in but also took some time out to put together a couple of flat pack items (2 chairs and intricate TV stand), whilst still ensuring that the flat met all the Govt certificates. Tweaking here or there to make the place better.

Decided to sell my house and met Jay of Victor Micheal from canning town branch. A very confident and extremely professional chap who certainly knows his game. It is refreshing to come across an agent who is empathetic and decent. I met Mahe Georgio one afternoon at my client's property, I also met with another local agent whom I thought I would instruct. However, my view changed very quickly having met with Mahe and her colleague. Her personable approach won me over. She also suggested we market the property at £25,000 more than the other agent and much to our delight she was right and achieved a sale at the asking price of £725,000. Throughout the sale process, Mahe has always been available and has responded quickly to phone calls and emails. We have found Victor Michel extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I've rented many properties in the East London area with different lettings agents and it has always proved to be a horrible experience to add to the stress of the move itself. Victor Michael completed a full inspection, inventory of the property and also obtained the necessary meter readings. There were one or two items in the property which needed replacing and they contact us and obtained approval straight away. They will be our preferred agents going forward and I would recommend them to anyone
