I asked Keatons to do a valuation of my house, unsure whether to put it on the market. Joe Harvey was very obliging, and gave me excellent feedback on potential sale and current state of the market. It was concise and clear. Moreover, I am profoundly deaf, and Joe was very helpful, Facetiming me, allowing me to follow what he was saying. This made it much less stressful. Best management team ever!

I had an amazing experience with Keatons so far. I've been with the agency for 2 years now and I really feel seen and valued as a tenant. Especially thanks to the head of property Management, Arshi. Arshi has been amazing with me. She's always been really nice and helpful. I can always give her a quick call if I have any issue or concern regarding my apartment, and this is so valuable. Happy couple and thanks to Matthieu :)

Our experience was great for Matthieu. Since the very first moment we booked an appointment I enjoyed it. Matthieu called us and reminded us about it and cleared me some doubts I had. We went to the flat and he was so kind and proactive about everything we wanted to know that it was one of the reasons we liked. We fell in love with the apartment from the moment we saw it but also its important to know properly who you will deal with and Matthieu made us feel confident about it. We got it and we are happy and thankful. Even for the whole renting process Matthieu is helping us and we feel relieved. Thank you SO much :)

Great experience finding my first place

I found the prospect of moving out of my flatshare into my own place in London extremely daunting. I thought it would be stressful and time-consuming, and yet here I am in my new flat still not believing how smoothly everything went. Fantastic agents!

This is our fourth renting experience and Keaton's has provided by far the best service of any of the estate agents we have used. Booking a viewing with Alex was so easy and his welcoming,informative manner was so helpful. Natalie helped us with the admin side of things and was a star! Responsive, friendly and never made us feel silly when asking questions: she really made this experience so smooth. Keatons have managed my property for the past 6 years while I have been abroad. The lettings team (finding tenants) have been responsive, and have always kept me up to date and provided lots of information about the prospective leads.I have dealt with Charlotte McCulloch and Natalie Craddock on the tenant management side who have always been responsive, professional and helpful. The repairs side (a different team) are professional and helpful, although they need to be kept on top of to ensure that things are moving along, and their contractors seem to be more expensive than you can find yourself.I recently sold my property through Keatons too and they managed the whole process seamlessly - no complaints there.

Great service from Lauren and Danielle at Keaton Deptford Office…

We recently rented a property with the help of Lauren and Danielle at the Keaton Deptford office who were very helpful and polite and provided great service throughout the whole process. The only thing is there needs to be a clearer understanding on right to rent checks for non-UK citizens as this caused unwarranted anxiety for us, however, this is true for the renting sector as a whole, and Lauren and Danielle helped navigate this. Overall I would recommend Keaton Deptford, especially Lauren and Danielle.

The service and support received in viewing the flat and submitting the references was alright. Luke was quite responsive and accommodating throughout the process. We appreciated that he did his best to ensure the flat was ready to receive us. However, finalizing the contract took too much back and forth when a different member of the team picked up the reins. A clause we had negotiated in our offer had been left out and we were given a wrong invoice twice.

I worked with Keatons across Dev 22 and Jan 23.Lauren Wood initially showed me the flat, was very personable and helpful and sent me what she needed to promptly.There were delays moving into the flat (not related to Keatons or Lauren) and Lauren was very good at a) helping move things along and I pressing the urgency and on working in my behalf with the landlady and b) keeping me clearly informed as to what was happening.We managed to get moved in on time and I was very impressed and grateful.Natalie Craddock also was helpful in ensuring I was able to get my contract signed on time and get moved in with minimal delays.I would definitely recommend Lauren and Natalie!

We bought our flat through Keatons back in 2014 and had such a great experience that we returned to them when we decided to sell in 2022! And once again, we were very happy with their service. OJ Aksu was fantastic. Super communicative around the viewings and secured us an offer within a week of the flat going on the market. He was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process and was happy to answer any questions we had - no matter how stupid they sounded! Together with Jon (Taylor), OJ helped to keep things moving forward, giving us a gentle tap on the shoulder whenever things went quiet on our side.
