Big thanks to Natalie

Big thanks to Natalie! We went through a lot of stress durning the referencing process on this tenancy. Some of the problems were completely our fault but some of them were caused by a lot of miscommunication. When we nearly gave up on this tenancy Natalie form Keatons at lower Clapton came with her professional touch and honestly saved the day. She was very lovely, attentive and organised. Highly recommend asking for her when in doubt.

Fantastic experience to the most stressful process

My purchasing experience with the Keatons team has been fantastic, from viewing to completion. OJ (Aksu), who was my main contact, was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable but above all honest and open, which made a massive difference to the entire process. Jon Taylor was also very helpful with ensuring communication with the sellers around completion and timetable. Overall, great experience, and while I am unlikely to need their services soon, I will definitely come back to this team in the future.

Consistently good service

I recently went through the process of ending a tenancy and Keatons helped to make the experience smooth and easy. Stevie Knight was my agent and she communicated all necessary information very well. During my two year tenancy I have found Keatons to be professional and friendly. When I wanted to find a new property to rent I wanted to go through Keatons, because I was so happy with their service. Michael Logan, who found me my first property, pulled it out of the bag a second time, when my house hunt was not going so well. He is very friendly, professional and straight forward. I hope in the future he can produce a hat-trick for me and find me a third property! I have now started my new tenancy with Keatons and Elza Kapitanska was my admin person. She was very on top of all the communication and made the process less stressful. I am glad I get to maintain a relationship with this agency for 2 more years. Good experience

I had a good experience with Keatons. Oscar was very nice and helpful. Oscar listened carefully to what I wanted from our rental and suggested some listings which matched my criteria. He was responsive to emails and knowledgeable. Unfortunately in the end we went with a different apartment via a different agency. Ryan of Keatons Stratford was the first letting agent who actually took the time to speak to me at the property we were viewing. Also, I am very pleased to report that it was not a mass viewing with several prospective tenants viewing at the same time. We were allocated 30 minutes to look around the property with ample time to ask questions. Extremely efficient Natalie then took over with the administrative side, keeping me up-to-date with referencing process and answering any questions promptly. A totally different letting experience compared with most of the other agents that I contacted. Highly recommend.

Fixed everything quickly.

We have had a few things that have broken down in our flat recently. Luckily, Jay Smith has been great at talking to the landlord and getting them fixed as quickly as possible. We had our boiler break down living us without hot water. Thankfully, Jay made the calls and got someone in asap and we had it up and running in a day (not leaving us high and dry for the weekend).This is such a breath of fresh air compared to Jay's predecessor who made us jump through hoops and made it sound like it was our fault that something broke from old age and usage.Would love it if all estate agents were more like Jay.

I will never go to this agency to rent…

I will never go to this agency to rent a house anymore. We rented a house and the landlady was selling it after 6 months living there, the landlady was amazing and she was happy to unblock the deposit for us and took so long because Natalie wasn’t replying the emails. After that house we thought ok let’s stay with Keatons and we had the same problem, the landlord wanted to sell the house. Instead of helping us out the whole Keaton Startford office was so unhelpful and complicated. At the end the landlord took some money from our deposit unfairly , because we didn’t so the professional cleaning with the company that Keaton is working with. So I wouldn’t recommended to rent with them at all, specially the team in Startford .
