Jay and Eliza were efficient and helpful in getting everything set up but communication and accuracy across the rest of the organisation is not so good (we have dealt wth a total of 7 people so far). Also, VERY IMPORTANT: do not use a 3rd Party service to solicit reviews that send me an email that begins:"Hello [Name], Thank you for choosing Keatons. ":-(

Just went through the process of finding and letting a flat with Billy from Keatons - was really straightforward, and he gives a good mix of proactive in giving you the information you need without being pushy. Would certainly recommend.

Once I decided on a property, Keatons streamlined the paperwork and rental agreement process. They ensured that all necessary documentation was completed accurately and efficiently. This made the entire renting process much easier and hassle-free for me. In conclusion, my experience with Keatons was positive. GoogleKeatons, and Hilary Laviniere of the Bow office specifically, manage a property that we are letting on behalf of a private landlord. In short, they are atrocious. Hilary shows zero regard whatsoever for their responsibility to make repairs within reasonable timeframes. If you want to live in a property where you have no access to basic utilities for months at a time, let Hilary be your property manager. If you want to spend your free time chasing apathetic people, let Hilary be your property manager. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

GoogleKeatons has so far been great from help finding our property through to finalising the details of our move in. I trust they will continue to be helpful and communicative as we move in and begin living in the property, and therefore would recommend Keatons highly. Natalie Craddock, Tenancy Coordinator, has been great and has been easy to contact for our queries regarding the property and has been readily available to answer questions and finalise tenancy documents. GoogleI was looking for a good letting agent and checked out Keatons Stratford. I can absolutely recommend Keatons. From the start the communication with the agent Shani, was very pleasant, friendly, helpful, professional, transparent and clear. She always replied quickly and knowledgeable when I called or emailed with a question. Every step of the process was done quickly, smoothly and effectively and soon I could choose the best tenants out of several good offers. All other members of Keatons I deal with are equally friendly and professional.
