TrustpilotVery difficult end to end experience - Stratford Office
Very difficult end to end experience. We had an agent assigned who was just not motivated and left mid way through the process. He didn't come to the property to show any interested parties and I found myself showing people around myself. He then left and the experience got a little better. However the sales coordination team really struggled with the simplest of tasks. For example, arranging to get the keys from me. They got the dates wrong, then we rescheduled, then the person who was due to come didnt. Was promised they would come the next day - no luck. I had to call Keatons on the day of completion to remind them someone has to pick up the keys. They then sent someone quickly. Overall, I would struggle to see how I would use them again.

GoogleI used Keatons Stratford for selling our property. They arranged professional photographers and got our property on the market quick. After a buyer pulled out in the process, Max and Scott quickly got our property back onto the market and began viewings. The process was fairly managed quickly and got to exchange within 2 months of accepting an offer. Great service
