I had a great experience with settling down issues as all my emails were answered promptly. I would highly recommend to get in touch with Param Virdee at Johns&Co as he is resourceful and helpful at the first instant and this is quite appreciative as he connects well and understands his customers appropriately.

Johns&Co were super helpful while I was looking to rent a property in the Wapping area. My search was being assisted by estate agent Bailey that constantly kept finding new flats and was always happy to quickly follow up on any questions and viewing requests. Even though in the end I went to a different area of town, I gotta say that my experience was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property in London.

Gytis Serkovis helped us get tenants for our property in London. We live in Cardiff so it was difficult for us to get the property ready and cleaned for the tenancy. He helped us get a good cleaning company even though it was not in their remit as they were not going to do the management. Ryan McCabbe, the manager was very helpful in negotiating their terms and conditions. He was very understanding and went out of the way to get the tenancy start smoothly.However I am not very clear about how their accounts team work. Their communication is not straightforward. They send emails without checking with the team I presume as they are incorrect. If they pay attention to give the customer very clear and account information that can be very reassuring .

Our Agent - Lara Robson, senior property manager - is outstanding. Lara, understands that Johns and Co. is acting on our behalf looking after our interests; she pro-actively brings to our attention any regulatory requirements (protecting us); Lara puts in thought in advance prior to approaching us, seeks multiple quotations when it comes to maintenance costs and quotes only the most fit for purpose one, saves us time and effort and makes our lives easier. I had a payment issue with my bank in which two lots of large rent payment was accidentally sent, Param (who manages my property for Johns and Co) was quick on the case and was able to resolve the issue in no time at all and I had the money back in my account in no time! Could thank him or recommend more.
