Our experience with Johns&Co was great! During the tenancy, they were prompt to solve any issues. Our agent, Olivia Thomas, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. She always solved our issues within an hour, and liased us with the relevant teams. Our end of tenancy process was also smooth, and the deposit negotiation was fair and easy. Highly recommended.

FacebookIf you’re looking for a property agency who will have your best interests at heart, along with having some of the best properties in London - look no further than Johns & Co! I’ve been dealing with Jack for a few months, I had no idea what I was looking for, and the London market was completely new to me. Jack held my hand throughout the whole process, showed me multiple apartments (multiple times) and answered every little silly question I had. Every person in the agency I’ve dealt with has been professional, extremely knowledgeable and absolutely lovely to work with. I highly recommend Jack and the rest of the team, and haven’t stopped singing their praises since we signed our contracts! Thanks for everything!

We have not gone through a proper welcoming in the new flat, entering without even knowing where to look for Meter readings, bin or any other sort of information about the building. We entered the flat and it was completely dirty although it has been claimed that professional cleaning has been done. Absolutely a poor experience.

GoogleI'm not one to write a review but I have to let people know what they are getting into before signing a contract. If I could give this zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Communication is virtually non-existent, and when they do respond, it's clear that they only care about their own needs and making money. If a tenant or customer needs something, they quite frankly do not care. My concerns and issues were brushed aside, and there was no effort to address them properly. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I would not recommend working with them if you're looking for reliable, customer-focused service. Avoid if you can! We are still waiting ... 4 months later for something so simple to be done.
