GoogleI was urgently looking for a flat for me and my husband, as our previous accommodation was caught on fire. Maruf Uddin from Foxtons (Stratford) was really cooperative since the day we submitted our application, which we needed the most then. He was constantly updating us anything changed, or, any new property came. Luckily, we have found a one bed flat finally. Based on my personal experience I will always recommend my friends/relatives about Foxtons 😊

He truly set the standard for what excellent client-service and professionalism looks like: friendly, responsive, empathetic, and creative-thinking. He goes the extra mile for you even after hours and fight for your corner to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. There’s so much more I can say but if you get the chance to work with Maruf, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleWhen contacting Foxtons, I had the pleasure and luck to interact with Maruf Uddin: super professional; perfectly understanding and adapting to my requests/needs (say, a larger kitchen); extremely fast in informing me about new properties available before going on the market; very quick in ensuring viewings of the properties; constantly keeping me up to date on everything that was going on. GoogleDealt with Scott Duncan of Foxton's Stratford. Found him professional, courteous, good property suggestions, and he stayed in good personal contact, which isn't always the case with estate agents. Didn't end up buying property through him as bought a place in different area, but would happily use him again if I'm looking again any time soon.

GoogleWorst experience ever. I had to view a house with this lady called Sophie McCracken. She said we will meet in the front of the estate agency Foxtons to view a house together. When I arrived there, her colleagues told me that she mess up her rota and she is not working and is her day off. So unprofessional Sophie McCracken. 0 star- not even one star for you.

GoogleI’ve always been abit hesitant to do business with Foxstons due to its high percentage but after meeting with the agent at Foxstons I have changed my mind. Saad took out he’s time to speak to me and explain everything in details. He was very funny and made me feel so welcomed into the Foxstons family. My future business will now only be with Foxstons . GoogleEliza from the Stratford branch of Foxton has gone over and above from the moment we met. She is always reassuring and as helpful as possible. Not only has she made this extremely stressful process rather pleasant and relaxed but she even made time to arrange viewings and speak to me during her time off. I can’t recommend her highly enough, she has been a joy to deal with.

GoogleNot much help from this agency, I was in a process of renting a property and the lady that worked there told me that the offer was accepted after sending all our documents and that the property was ‘mine’ however 3 days after, after chasing them every day for updates . She then told me that someone else got the house with out any explanation. Waste of time

GoogleMy SPOC here was Shamila Daley. She’s one of the few people who I found genuinely cares about the clients needs and wishes. She was with us every step of the way, guiding And supporting us in every way possible. Being completely new to the city we were quite unaware of the processes and geography. Shamila took extra effort in making us feel welcome to the city and even offered to lend a hand in helping us move-in herself. It’s definitely rare to find someone so professional and yet caring to absolute strangers. Kudos to her and Foxtons! I will only be trusting them for all my real estate related needs and queries.
