GoogleOllie Mint at Foxtons was excellent. He went above and beyond to secure our sale and was reliable and helpful. We were also happy with the other agents at Foxtons who helped us when Ollie was away from the office. We did have a very negative experience with the solicitor recommended to us through Foxtons but this did not reflect poorly on the service Foxtons themselves offered us.

GoogleI have repeatedly told the staff at this branch that I do not want to hear from them regarding a property I had previously discussed with them, however they have been bombarding me with calls for months now. The next step is to legally prevent them from contacting me, which I don't want to do, but will forced to if they don't leave me alone. I am busy and don't wish to spend my time fielding calls from annoying estate agents with nothing better to do than pester me. I have never been a customer of this agency, and now never will.

GoogleSaad Ahmad unprofessional, dishonest and absolutely despicable. Engaged to manage a couple of properties, utter inept. One of the properties had a tenancy agreement for a given named tenant however the property was let out to a dozen people many to a room. With outstanding rent owning and none of the bills paid including council tax. I am now saddled with all that debt and court proceedings. This was after receiving confirmation that all the bills are up to date. Other property, tenancy expired months ago, and I need access to undertake essential repairs. Can't get the tenant out, they have issued phantom S21 notices, nothing seems to be happening. Now they want me to pay legal cost to evict a tenant they installed. Despite sending several emails that I need the property back for essential repairs they simply ignore and put another tenant. Do not touch with a bargepole, you would be left disappointed, frustrated and a massive debt. A rough, charlatan and pathological liar.

GoogleOnce inquired about renting a few of my properties with them. They gave a ridiclous valuation for the property to try and "please me ", thinking I didn't know the market and what they would rent for, that for the first red flag. Property would have void periods as it was overpriced, but that didn't occur to them. Secondly charge stupid amounts as a % for managing fee's when others are far better for cheaper. But the reason for the 1star review is, they keep bugging me and calling me even after i have told them numerous times to take me off they call list.

GoogleI contacted Foxtons when our house sale fell through with our existing estate agent and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received. Saad Ahmad came to value our property and he was brilliant - he listened to the issues we had had with our previous sale and immediately suggested buyers to target in order to get around these problems. He was quick and efficient in following up with these leads and great at keeping in touch with me about how these options were progressing. He also came across as a genuinely warm and kind person - my 3-year-old daughter was a big fan! All round, the contrast with our previous agent couldn’t have been greater.

GoogleSophie helped us move for the first time and even though there were a lot of small difficulties she ensured we got to move in as soon as possible. She has been a pleasure to go through this process with. Not only did she regularly keep us updated through the process, but also continued to help us after the move.
