GoogleAdrian was brilliant and patient in showing us several properties. Even if the purchase fell through, he still kept in touch to just ask how we were doing. That's excellent customer service!

GoogleI am running the property investments for Chinese investors and I have contacted many estate companies in last ten years. I have to say Mr Mohammed Al-Amin from Foxtons Stratford delivered the fantastic customer service and valuable recommendations. For example, he recommended the detached house to me for huge potential investments during the covid-19 lock down period in the UK. Now we receive the huge profits from this investment. We would like to say THANK YOU to him, for his kindness, patience, estates knowledge and support. That’s the only reason that we are keeping working with Foxtons Stratford and hopefully we can get more deals done with him in the short future. Tao

GoogleMohammed Al-Amin in the Stratford branch helped me lots to buy my first property where we are living now. Also we are in under process for our second property for buy to let through Mohammed Al- Amin. He was very helpful throughout the buying process, showing us a range of homes until we were able to found our dream one. He was very patient, nice and cum guy. We gave him lots of headache but he was really helpful. He has good knowledge what he doing. He was pleasant, polite and pro active at all times. I highly recommend both Foxton and Mohammed Al Amin.

GoogleDuring the 2 month period I invested my time with Foxtons stratford, jazeb was my supporting agent! I was thoroughly impressed with his emotional intelligence and ability to promote self-actualisation. It was quite visible jazeb arrived to each conversation prepared with a dynamic mind - separating him above the conventional support you’d expect quite naturally from property estate companies. Jazeb worked with a variety of members in my family to understand client requirements before tailoring suggestions to our needs. I was working with 3 other agents at the time to ensure I make the most of my decision however due to the diligence and support provided by jazeb, the decision to work with Foxtons could not have been any easier. I Really appreciate the support and highly recommend members to work with jazeb and Foxtons Stratford!

GoogleWorking with Foxtons has been a delight. Sophie in the Stratford office has been particularly helpful with a personable approach, taking the time to understand our needs and going the extra mile to find the right property and negotiating with Landlords along with the manager Josh who have both been terrific with constant communication. Customer service has been second to none. Thanks again.

GoogleExtraordinary attention received by Manuela, who organized a viewing in 2 hours (on a Saturday) making a huge effort to achieve it. Also Lucy who accompanied me in the visit, without rushing and with a fabulous attention. Thank you very much!

GoogleI have used this branch to buy (2014) and sell (2021) as sole agent for my property, and have always been pleased with the service I received. As both buyer and seller, they were always checking in and making sure that the process was moving along, keeping in touch with the lawyers and buyers and sellers at the other end. Their knowledge of the market is excellent, and importantly, they are always honest and realistic. I always felt like they were working to get the best possible result for me.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe've heard a lot of mixed things about Foxtons from many different people but our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Kevin and Tanbhir will work extremely hard to get you over the line. Our case was not simple but they would call us on weekends and answer emails for us on their holidays to make sure we were always up to date with the latest information from the buying and the selling side. Having these guys fighting in your corner can really make the difference when your dream house is on the line! I have no hesitation in strongly recommending them to you as the best agents we have ever worked with.PositiveQuality

GoogleI had a great experience with Foxtons Stratford! I recently completed the purchase of a new home and Marco followed my case. He was definitely the most valuable person in the whole process! Not only did he manage the current COVID situation very well, he was a star throughout the process! He was totally responsive and while at times I had to call him on a daily basis, I cannot recall one single time in 3 months when he was not available. He was determined to head to a smooth, painless and timely completion, and he chased whomever necessary to do so. I was truly impressed. I don't think I'll buy another home in a while but if I had to I'd consider myself lucky to be served by Marco again :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSuper grateful for all the hard work from Foxtons and specially Sophie from the Stratford branch! Before coming to Foxtons we had been struggling to find the perfect place. Other real estate places left us disappointed and not the most support through this process! Definitely felt the support from the team, will be recommending to all friends and family!

GoogleMy property agent was Adrian, who is amazing! He was extremely helpful & supportive throughout our search process. Although I finalised another property which was not under Foxtons but my overall experience with Adrian & Foxtons as an agency was superb! They arrange several viewings in one day/evening matching your criteria that it saves so much time and is really helpful! Truly recommend Foxtons & if possible do ask for Adrian!
