GoogleI've not always had the best experience with Estate Agents in the past but Bairstow Eves were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Before choosing them I met with several estate agents and, after doing so, Alan (from Bairstow Eves) was by far and away my first choice. He answered my questions honestly, had years of experience and he never tried to fob me off by over-promising on the valuation or simply telling me what I wanted to hear. Sadly, I had concerns with many of these points when I met the other agents. The photographer they sent around to take the photos did a great job and I had the opportunity to feedback and make alterations to the listing of the property on Rightmove etc. I had lots of viewings from serious buyers very quickly, and soon had a good offer that I was happy to accept. As the sale went through I dealt largely with David. He was excellent. Always being proactive, chasing things up and calling me to provide updates where needed.

GoogleI very rarely write Google reviews but due to the fantastic level of service recently received from the East Ham branch, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I found Alan to be honest with his suggested price, Maria to be very proactive in finding a good buyer and in particular, David, who was always both approachable and extremely professional when dealing with a complicated and at times, stressful sale. All problems were dealt with in an exemplary fashion and I was fully updated at all times. Having dealt with other large agents in East Ham previously, I can honestly say that they are the best agents I have come across. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleVery unprofessional service I found them argumentative and rude. they put the value of the house almost £100,000 less than market value. The house sold on same street few houses away for £650,000 last year but for some reason they put very low value. When I called them to find out the reason, manager telling his experience thinking client sitting at home doesn't know about the market. I explained him on what price house has been sold on that street but he rudely said if not happy go to other agent. I have lodge complaint to head office as well.NegativeValue

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Bairstow Eaves in East Ham. Extremely positive experience. I can be quite tricky in so much that I don't like being 'sold' things - I prefer to know what I need to know and what is important and the rest I can work out for myself. (I once had an un-related agent who forgot the keys ask me to view the property through the letter box - Didn't happen!) Very professional service here, very helpful and also assisted through Countrywide with a mortgage broker who worked miracles to be frank... Would recommend this office if buying in the neighborhood. GoogleI wish there were more stars on here for me to rate Alpesh Patel for the incredible work he has done for me and my girlfriend buying our new home together. Alpesh successfully (and very efficiently) remortgaged my flat whilst arranging for a new mortgage for the new home we were buying and wrapped the whole thing up within a week. He worked extremely hard even taking time out of his weekend and evenings to call me providing updates and answers to questions and worries I had. I can't recommend this guy high enough, his market knowledge and attention to detail is second to none and I hope the management at Countrywide take note of this star they've got working for them. Anyone see this and looking at anything mortgage related should speak to Alpesh first.

Alan in particular was proactive, friendly & instrumental in helping us reach completion for our proposed date, against all odds! He made a stressful & complex process a whole lot easier & we really don’t know what we’d have done without him.
