GoogleCalled to ask about letting my apartment and was rudely cut off saying the East Ham branch only does sales not letting and to contact a different branch. The website says, at the top, "our residential estate agents in East Ham caters to both sales and lettings". At least it's an easy choice not to use them! Edit After Response: I made this review about 15 minutes after calling, so the branch's own staff don't seem to know what they do!
