Me and my brother recently purchased our new home. A huge Thanks to Bairstow Eves and it's team, especially to David and Maria. As a first time buyers we didn't had much ideas about all the process clearly. Many thing were unknown and complex to us. But we were informed in every step. They were helpful in the process especially when we had to clarify certain things. We didn't had to chase up as they were always kept us informed and up to date till the end of the process. Maria were very helpful and supportive from start to completion. She is very professional with her work, informative and worked very hard to keep the momentum going throughout the process. Again We want to say a huge thanks to Maria from the bottom of our heart. Highly recommend Bairstow Eves !!!

I've been engaging with and using the services of Bairstow Eves, East Ham, branch for over a year now. Last year it was to sell a property and this summer it's been to buy a property. The staff are knowledgeable, honest, courteous, professional and truly go the extra mile to make your purchase/sale as smoothly as possible. I've been mostly communicating with Maria who is an absolute star. She was always just an email away and prompt responses made my life so much easier. Nothing was ever too much and she dealt with all my questions (and there were dozens!) always with a smile. She also recommended to me get the best gas engineer (Aneel) for my gas safety certificate. In addition, Katrina and David were also fantastic from beginning to end. They made sure I was on top of all the different steps of the process and helped me to move things along with solicitors. We are extremely pleased with their professional and Empathetic approach throughout the entire process of buying from the very early stages of searching/finding the right property, finding a mortgage, conveyancing and completion. They never persuaded us towards any property but explained the pros and cons and patiently waited for our decision. When our first offer for another property got rejected, they were there to support us and suggest other properties that met our preferences.
