I found them argumentative and uncooperative when making an offer, usually this is what happens when a an Estate Agent isn't in command of the situation (perhaps vendor is giving them a hard time) but buying a property shouldn't make them behave in an unprofessional manor.

GoogleMy broker was Alpesh and I received exceptional service throughout, well explained, keeps you updated and very friendly and polite. I highly recommend especially for first time buyers as the whole process seemed abit daunting but I later felt at ease.

GoogleDidn't turn up to a viewing, didn't communicate with me on offers or return calls or emails, wouldn't allow my surveyor in, generally inefficient. I would not use for either buying or selling.
Dear Mr Tearle, I am very sorry to hear that your experience of Bairstow Eves has not been positive and I would like to thank you for drawing this to our attention. We act on behalf of our vendors and follow their instructions. As I am aware you made a cash offer but wanted a structural survey to be carried out. A survey was booked with the vendor for Tuesday 6th September but in the meantime we continued to market the property. We received a number of offers on the property whilst waiting for the survey to be carried out, unfortunately the vendor received a significantly higher offer.
