They were always there for us and nothing was too much trouble. We can truly say that their friendly and caring approach is second to none. GoogleGreat family business who are not only experts in their field, but treat you as a 'person', not just a number on their books. They have been kind, patient, honest and caring throughout our sale. Great communication, great photographs and an excellent all round service. Highly reccomended. GoogleI chose Walkers Xchange to sell my late father's property and I'm glad I did. They offered advice and guidance dealing with probate and the sale of the property. They put together a great sales pack and we had viewings the next day and an offer accepted within a week. They kept me updated of progress and kept great contact with my solicitors and the buyers solicitor. Overall a great supportive process. Thanks.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Walkers Exchange and I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling. They have been responsive and professional from start to finish, selling our house quickly in a matter of weeks. They have listened to and acted our thoughts and wishes, happy to change broachers etc at short notice, creating the broacher in a short period of time, very professional quality and very responsive to phone calls and emails. We were keen to move quickly and they assisted this as far they could. GoogleFrom start to Finish everyone at Walker’s Exchange provided a thoroughly professional service with added personal service that puts them head and shoulders above any estate agent I have used before..from liaising with solicitors and other estate agents, to helping sort completion dates nothing was too much trouble for them. Brilliant professional photos and marketing brochure all included.. you won’t find a better estate agent anywhere

GoogleExcellent service from Walkers. We were selling a rented property and ideally wished the tenants to be able to remain. Walkers found several potential property investors and negotiated a fair price. They kept us updated regularly and listened to our views. A much better service than we have ever experienced with any other property agency.
