Honestly they have been so helpful through my whole homebuying experience. Always super quick and responsive, and keep you in the loop even when there has been no progress. Even when John (my usual contact) was on holiday, someone else responded to my query same day to help me. They always did everything they could to help answer my questions and accommodate me for viewings etc even outside of usual business hours. As my solicitor wasn't the most helpful, I honestly think I would have been completely lost without their help. They really went above and beyond for me. As a first time buyer and someone with ASD, it really meant a lot to me knowing they'd always be on my side and help me wherever possible. It really made the whole process just so much easier for me.

Absolutely the best Estate Agents I’ve dealt with when buying a house. The whole team I dealt with, John, Julie, and Chris, were all super professional, polite and knew what they were talking about. Special mention must go to Julie for her professionalism, experience, contacts in the local property market, good humour and going the extra mile. We were hoping to move in before Christmas and did but I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Julie it wouldn’t have happened. Excellent personal care

We sold our house right at the end of lockdown. Julie was instrumental in working with both solicitors (ours and the Buyers') to facilitate exchange and completion. She also was super in helping us communicate directly with the Buyers through her, as the solicitors had a very heavy workload and communications were sower than normal. The initial evaluation was also top notch, as photos were taken on the spot and a brochure produces within two days. This meant that viewings were able to be set up much more quickly than with other estate agents.

I can not praise Walkers Exchange enough in their handling of the sale of my property. The photos that Chris took of the property were excellent and his attention to detail meant that our property was presented beautifully on the listing. We had 3 viewings booked by the next evening and had accepted an offer a few days later. Julie, John and Chris did everything to support us through the sale process and we’re so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend using this company.

After using on an online estate agent with no success only 2 viewings and advised to sell my house £20,000.00 below asking price, I contacted Walkers Associates for help, they very promptly created a brochure for my property with excellent quality photos (shout out to Chris), marketed my property and very quickly had numerous bookings for viewings, not only did they support me to get the price I wanted, but they continuously monitored the sale, giving me constant updates and also ended up supporting my buyers to progress, when their online estate agents were nowhere to be seen. We purchased our property through WalkersXchange. These are the best estate agents we dealt with out of the very many we came came across. A professional service from Chris, John and Julie. Highly recommended. The communication was excellent as often I would get a response to emails in less than an hour. They would happily chase solicitors and sellers when they needed to and never made it feel like a hastle. They also acted as a good medium when we were negotiating with the seller.
