First class service, from the moment I met Julie, I knew that I had picked the right Estate Agent to help me sell my property. Someone came out on the Fri to view and put in an offer for the asking price on the Sat, which was amazing. Julie, John, Chris and the team all went that extra mile in helping me to get the deal done, there were a few hold ups due to the incompetence of the solicitor, however, Julie was great in chasing things from her end. I couldn't praise them highly enough for what they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting a family run business, who actually treat you like family, not just another business deal. Absolutely 5☆ treatment. Thanks guys.....

Absolutely the best estate agents I’ve dealt with when buying a house. I’ve just completed the process of purchasing my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the support I received from the team at WalkersXchange, especially Julie, who was the main person I worked with throughout. Julie is incredibly kind, polite, and patient. She made what can often be a very stressful process feel so much more manageable. Along with John and Chris, the entire team was consistently friendly, professional, and understanding. Even during the more challenging moments, they stayed calm and reassuring, which really helped absorb some of the stress on my end. Julie, John and Chris were invaluable throughout our fifteen month house hunt. Although we sadly didn’t end up purchasing our new home through WalkersXchange, it certainly wasn’t through the lack of trying! The service was professional but also incredibly personal and they were always so patient and accommodating when we requested property viewings or had any questions (of which we had hundreds). They went above and beyond by offering us expert advice on queries not even relating to Walkers and we can’t thank them enough. The journey of selling our family home of 23+ years through WalkersXchange couldn't have gone better. Right from the get go they were engaged with our property, amenable to our requests and willing to go the extra mile. The quality of the photography made us consider wanting to put in an offer for our home! We were actually away on holiday during the sale of our home (it took just two weeks to have a confirmed sale) but John did a fantastic job of showing people around the property even looking after a little one in the garden so her parents had time to look around without distraction. John's advice was also invaluable when we came to 'best and final' offers. The support did not stop at the memorandum of sale but continued with frequent communication throughout the whole of the selling process and WalkersXchange provided an excellent liaison between us and the buyers. I was recommended WalkersXchange Estate Agents and I am so grateful to the lady who forwarded me their details to manage the sale of my home. From the outset, it was very evident that the team are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. This was encased with a genuine level of service which was proficient and personal. The photographs were amazing, viewings were scheduled quickly, and my home sold within a few days. However, the sale of my property was not without challenge. I was part of a long chain which was complex, and due to some high levels of emotion from others within the chain (including myself at times) could have easily been resulted in a broken chain with lots of disappointed families. I can say wholeheartedly that the glue that held this chain together was Julie. She was totally on the ball and quick to respond calmly to issues as they arose. She was on hand to provide me guidance and liaised multiple times a day with solicitors and other agents within the chain to maintain confidence and velocity. The phrase above and beyond quite simply does not describe the steps that were taken to support the successful sale of my home. Julie, John, and Chris were on hand to help me throughout the entire process and even provided support to help me secure rented accommodation as I was struggling because I have pets. Finally, after months of dedication and commitment to get my sale over the line it happened. Even on move day, Julie was calling me, check to see if there was any support that here John or Chris could provide. They were superb and if I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. 10/10, honestly from the bottom of our hearts we couldn’t thank WalkersXchange enough. WalkersXchange was recommended to us by First Mortgage after having a few other estate agents out and from the get go, we knew they were the one. Chris came out, super friendly, easy to talk to and he knew exactly what he was he was doing, we could immediately tell he was genuine and didn’t try and force us into going with them. Photos were taken on the first day and Chris done a grand job, they looked amazing. Our house sold within 2, maybe 3 days. It’s the first house we’ve sold and Julie, John and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Arranging viewings was a breeze and when it came down to the crunch in accepting the offer, Chris offered amazing advice and we closed on a deal more than we were expecting. When it come to finding a solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of our property, something we were stressing over a little, after one quick chat with Julie, the stress was removed and she put us in contact with a great solicitor they use and from there on it was plain sailing. I genuinely don’t have anything bad I can say, everything was perfect, communication was on point, they were super responsive to calls and emails and bridged the gap between us and our buyers. There’s just something about a family run business that hits a little bit different, we could genuinely tell they cared about us and done everything they could to support us throughout the entire process. We are delighted we chose Walkersxchange to sell our home. They set the benchmark for excellence in the Estate Agency industry. Their passion for what they do as well as the care and attention they gave us was exemplary. Within 24 hours of making contact several excellent photographs had been taken & the property was listed on the web following our approval of the content. Within a couple of days several viewings were arranged, and a sale agreed in less than 14 days. John worked hard to negotiate the best possible deal on our behalf & the house sold for a higher price than we expected.
