I highly recommend WalkersXchange. This was my first time using an estate agent to sell a property, but Julie and Chris were fantastic and put me at ease throughout the whole process. They were always quick to respond to queries, and maintained a high level of professionalism. The sales brochure put together for my property was of a much higher standard in comparison to other estate agents I initially spoke with, and I'm sure this helped in the quick sale of my property.

Fantastic service from the best estate agent I have ever used. I have been buying and selling houses for 30 years and can say without doubt, that I have had the most outstanding service ever. Walkers Xchange found me a buyer and saw the whole sale through, the attention was first class and I can say without doubt, you will not find a better estate agency anywhere. The best estate agent in the north. Friendly knowledgeable trio Julie, John and Chris. Someone is always available to speak with. Response times are superb. They really understand the market and are very realistic in pricing and marketing advice. Having been with another agent for 9 months I moved to walkersexchange and took their advice and the house was sold within a week. Another rental which was left in an absolutely awful state which would have cost a lot of money to correct, they gave me advice which I accepted and the house sold in 4 days!! They give good plain advice and sort issues very quickly. I cannot fault them and would only ever use them in future.

Best Estate agent ever!!

We were so highly impressed with Julie, John and Chris that I have no hesitation in recommending them extremely highly. While they appear calm and professional on the outside they MUST dash about like estate agents possessed!! Our sale went live at 10.10 on a Monday morning by 10.30 we had the first of nearly 20 appointments to view, the 3rd viewer made an asking price offer and we cancelled all later appointments. Julie recommended professionals to act for us and we were as pleased with them as we were with Julie and the team.

Everyone at Walkers where so helpful and friendly! The first viewing of the property we would purchase we got caught in traffic so where late to the viewing Julie and John moved around other viewings so we could still look around. They then kept us up to date with progress on the sale going through. Between mortgage advisors, surveyors, solicitors everyone at Walkers where the best company we worked with during the purchase of the property. If we move property I would happily go though Walkers.
