GoogleMy experience of dealing with Your Move west Denton has been great. They are really good at communicating and providing valuable advice and information while I've been going through the process of buying my first flat. In particular, Abigail has been super helpful from initial enquiry, to getting offers in and accepted and guidance through to the next stages. I would highly recommend Your Move in comparison with some of the other agent I've had contact with.

GoogleMy moving process has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The only shining light throughout the 8 month ordeal has been the team at Your Move. Ashley, Abbie, Louise and Shannon couldn't possibly have done more for me and have kept me updated and in the loop from start to finish. My sale has completed today however I honestly would of lost all patience and pulled the plug months ago if it wasn't for the work and positivity the team has shown. I personally couldn't recommend them enough and although I never plan on moving again as long as I live, I would certainly use Your Move again if I found myself in that position.
We got there in the end! I'm glad to hear that the team at Your Move West Denton, particularly Ashley, Abbie, Louise, and Shannon, were able to provide you with support and guidance throughout the entire journey. Their dedication to keeping you informed and maintaining positivity during such a challenging time is truly commendable. Tim came out to our home and went over everything in great depth with us and was very knowledgeable, Ashley gave updates all throughout the process and when I called the office with any questions all of the staff were great help and friendly. We will be using the am again in the future without any hesitation

GoogleAbsolutely shocking estate agents! Worst experience ive ever had from start to finish. They gave me and my young family a filthy house to rent, riddled with damp and dirty top to bottom. They fobbed me off for 6 months by getting contractors to come and price jobs that they had no intention of carrying out. The customer service agents are Absolutely useless and cannot or will not help you with ANYTHING! On top of all this when i gave my notice in they let themselves into my house, unannounced to carry out a viewing! I am mortified that they can just walk into your house, without prior appointment and just carry out a unplanned viewing. My kids were terrified at these strange people just walking into our home. I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself a headache.

We were surprised to receive your review as we have an email from you on the 13/05/2022 stating that you "...have no problem with (Your) move or any of its employees and understand that they are middlemen who communicate between tenants and landlord. I would have no problem in using the services of (Your) move in the future...". It is sad that in such a short space of time your opinion has changed. We are sorry for the misunderstanding in relation to the viewing, our understanding was that the viewing that took place was arranged with yourself and that our member of staff showed the viewer around with your partner's consent. GoogleAs a first time buyer in my 20's, I found Louise Monaghan to be extremely rude and condescending. Out of all the estate agents in the newcastle area that I engaged with, I'd never come across someone like this. She came across as very arrogant, patronising and showed huge scepticism towards my ability to pay for a property in my price range. I felt like I wasn't worth their time and ultimately dehuminised. Long story short, I decided to never go back to that estate agents and instead bought a property with at different estate agent a week later. I guess they wanted my money more than you.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I am sorry to hear it has not been good. I can assure you that customer service is our highest priority so it is disappointing to read you did not feel this was the case. As estate agents we have a legal obligation to represent our sellers and ensure buyers are fully qualified, but this does not need to be done at the expense of making buyers feel the way you did from this interaction. We apologise for this and will ensure that we learn from and improve from your feedback. Thanks again for letting us know and we wish you all the best in your new home.

When one of them wasn’t available all messages were passed on promptly and were getting back to me very quickly. They all guided me through the process of selling the property from start to finish, constantly keeping me updated with the progress. I’ll definitely be recommending Your Move to friends and family.
