GoogleWe recently sold our property with your move west Denton & from start to finish the process was made simple and quick. Tim came out to our home and went over everything in great depth with us and was very knowledgeable, Ashley gave updates all throughout the process and when I called the office with any questions all of the staff were great help and friendly. We will be using the am again in the future without any hesitation

It was a complicated sale but Ashley, Louise, Terri and Shannon have been fantastic throughout the process. They worked really hard to keep everything moving forward and made sure I was always kept informed about what was going on. I think I'd have given up without all their help and support but really happy I didn't. Thanks so much to the whole team

GoogleAbsolutely shocking estate agents! Worst experience ive ever had from start to finish. They gave me and my young family a filthy house to rent, riddled with damp and dirty top to bottom. They fobbed me off for 6 months by getting contractors to come and price jobs that they had no intention of carrying out. The customer service agents are Absolutely useless and cannot or will not help you with ANYTHING! On top of all this when i gave my notice in they let themselves into my house, unannounced to carry out a viewing! I am mortified that they can just walk into your house, without prior appointment and just carry out a unplanned viewing. My kids were terrified at these strange people just walking into our home. I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself a headache.

We were surprised to receive your review as we have an email from you on the 13/05/2022 stating that you "...have no problem with (Your) move or any of its employees and understand that they are middlemen who communicate between tenants and landlord. I would have no problem in using the services of (Your) move in the future...". It is sad that in such a short space of time your opinion has changed. We are sorry for the misunderstanding in relation to the viewing, our understanding was that the viewing that took place was arranged with yourself and that our member of staff showed the viewer around with your partner's consent. GoogleAs a first time buyer in my 20's, I found Louise Monaghan to be extremely rude and condescending. Out of all the estate agents in the newcastle area that I engaged with, I'd never come across someone like this. She came across as very arrogant, patronising and showed huge scepticism towards my ability to pay for a property in my price range. I felt like I wasn't worth their time and ultimately dehuminised. Long story short, I decided to never go back to that estate agents and instead bought a property with at different estate agent a week later. I guess they wanted my money more than you.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I am sorry to hear it has not been good. I can assure you that customer service is our highest priority so it is disappointing to read you did not feel this was the case. As estate agents we have a legal obligation to represent our sellers and ensure buyers are fully qualified, but this does not need to be done at the expense of making buyers feel the way you did from this interaction. When one of them wasn’t available all messages were passed on promptly and were getting back to me very quickly. They all guided me through the process of selling the property from start to finish, constantly keeping me updated with the progress. I’ll definitely be recommending Your Move to friends and family. GoogleBooked a valuation of our property to take place on 28th of August, with confirmation being received by myself on 16th of August. I received a call from the branch on the 26th of August to say, we won’t be attending as we’re too busy. Absolutely unbelievable that such a timescale had passed after having received confirmation and made plans around the visit, for them to then to decide they were too busy. If this is how the relationship was to start, I wouldn’t have held much hope of the branch taking great care with the sale of the biggest asset I’ll ever own!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleReally poor service received from start to finish, ended up removing my house from the market with them and the sign is still up on the side of my house so having to waste more time sorting this! I wasted annual leave at work for meetings their agents just didn't turn up to (no call or text to cancel or explain why). I also wasted my time and risked my safety to show around 'potential buyers' that had not even established a budget - a very simple fact that should have been established from the get go. That on top of the countless times I was promised a call back that never happened along with a valuation given by their staff to be told FIVE weeks later that I should be lucky to get an offer for £30,000 under that valuation they gave are the reason for this rating.
I'm sorry you have not been pleased with the service you've received from Your Move. Customer service is of paramount importance to us. We will use this to help to improve our service to our customers and wish you the very best for the future.
