GoogleI had a great experience with your move. I mainly dealt with Ashley and had an excellent service and was spot on from the start to the end. The rest off the team I briefly dealt with but still had an excellent service from them. Very friendly and professional group of people. Top quality service.

GoogleBooked a valuation of our property to take place on 28th of August, with confirmation being received by myself on 16th of August. I received a call from the branch on the 26th of August to say, we won’t be attending as we’re too busy. Absolutely unbelievable that such a timescale had passed after having received confirmation and made plans around the visit, for them to then to decide they were too busy. If this is how the relationship was to start, I wouldn’t have held much hope of the branch taking great care with the sale of the biggest asset I’ll ever own!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleReally poor service received from start to finish, ended up removing my house from the market with them and the sign is still up on the side of my house so having to waste more time sorting this! I wasted annual leave at work for meetings their agents just didn't turn up to (no call or text to cancel or explain why). I also wasted my time and risked my safety to show around 'potential buyers' that had not even established a budget - a very simple fact that should have been established from the get go. That on top of the countless times I was promised a call back that never happened along with a valuation given by their staff to be told FIVE weeks later that I should be lucky to get an offer for £30,000 under that valuation they gave are the reason for this rating.
I'm sorry you have not been pleased with the service you've received from Your Move. Customer service is of paramount importance to us. We will use this to help to improve our service to our customers and wish you the very best for the future.

GoogleNot a lot I can say about this apart from not very good considering we are the sellers the girl in the office is all for the buyer,this dragging on for 5 month . You valued the house and now seem to be accepting anything the buyer asks for .

GoogleCertain young staff not very friendly, too officious while trying to be business like sadly doesn't work. They never know any details of the property. Oh and don't expect an early viewing of new properties, you usually need to wait at least a week! My heart sinks if a property I want to view is being marketed by Your Move.
