Absolutely disgusted by the service I received. Never ever buy a property through this branch or your move. They've taken the side of the owner throughout the whole process. To say they were Unhelpful is an understatement. Was advised by your move from the beginning that everything inside the house is included in the price. Later seller asked additional money for the washing machine. Asked them to contact the owner and ask to remove rubbish from the property(which I believe is common sense) and cut grass before completion and was shouted at over the phone and asked to why the process is taking so long and that the owner is unhappy as they are still paying council tax. Was also advised that seller lives far away and can't help. Yet seller somehow managed to come over and recover washing machine from the property 3 days before completion. Never in my life anyone spoke to me over the phone in such tone and manner as the lady from your move and I wasn't even complaining only asking. In the end had to sort everything out myself. All your move was doing throughout the process was trying to push their own insurance policy with numerous nuisance calls. I understand that it is in the best interest of Your Move to sell the property asap but at the end of the day both buyer and seller are your clients. In addition to that the property had leaking roof which owner clearly attempted to conceal as can be seen from the pictures attached. It is more than likely that the agent was aware of that although they will probably deny.

Under the Estate Agency Act we have a legal obligation to represent our vendor and not the buyer of a property, so it is actually law that we take "the side of the owner throughout the process". As a buyer, you are a client to your solicitor and surveyor so the issue of the washing machine and rubbish should be raised with your solicitor and the roof with the surveyor who carried out the survey and has the responsibility of raising any potential issues with you. The team at Your Move (Ashley, Shannon, Louise, Kerry & Tim) were a dream and did everything they could to support each stage of selling our home. They went above and beyond supporting us to finalise information and communicate between all parties. Their advice was so appreciated in a process that was unfamiliar and at times very overwhelming. They were always friendly and approachable on the phone which was a breathe of fresh air! From our initial valuation visit from Tim to the final handing over of keys the team were amazing. They were even on hand when we forgot to take out final metre readings! We could not recommend them highly enough! Thank you all so much!

They are really good at communicating and providing valuable advice and information while I've been going through the process of buying my first flat. My moving process has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The only shining light throughout the 8 month ordeal has been the team at Your Move. Ashley, Abbie, Louise and Shannon couldn't possibly have done more for me and have kept me updated and in the loop from start to finish. My sale has completed today however I honestly would of lost all patience and pulled the plug months ago if it wasn't for the work and positivity the team has shown. I personally couldn't recommend them enough and although I never plan on moving again as long as I live, I would certainly use Your Move again if I found myself in that position.
