We sold 2 properties through Sarah Mains - Fine and Country. Viewings were arranged quickly and efficiently and both properties sold within a week. Susan Richards kept us updated throughout the initial process. Michelle Mutch then took over the sales processing. She was in regular contact with ourselves and solicitors. We never had to chase her for information and was very proactive in her approach and very well informed. Great service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for homes for a long time now and every time I search, the houses that attract me are from Sarah mains. I sent a request for viewing of properties and they were so quick to respond. A special mention about Laura who called me and spoke to me about my preferences with respect to buying a property. Through their proffessional approach , attention to detail and the amazing Amie Lynch we had an offer within 3 days and was sold within 5 days. Susan Richardson is the most professional person I have dealt with in the property market. Amie Lynch is business savvy while being a genuinely nice person. Her valuation skills are elegant and she was right when she told me that marketing my home would be fun for both of us. Who would have believed it - it actually was! I got a cash offer right away and I believe that was as a result of having a great flat that was priced correctly and presented to the market with flair (and a great virtual tour). Recently we had a house to sell and one of the estate agents we contacted was Sarah MAINS - my details were taken very efficiently and a valuer Aimee LYNCH attended our house very promptly armed with lots of information about the selling of houses in the area and gave us lots of information to have food for thought, Aimee was so professional and informative. Although I got other estate agents to attend Aimee was our immediate choice as she really sold the package. Next we had Wendy SOPWITH at the office who supported us with any information we needed and kept us fully informed with viewings and updated information. Within one day of our house going "live" on the market it was sold. On one occasion I had occasion to ring out of hours and spoke with Lauren at the Low Fell branch and she was so extremely helpful also. I have sold many houses in my time but this is the best experience I have ever had from an Estate agent by all members of staff involved and I would highly recommend them. I purchased my current property through Sarah Mains 3 years ago and didn’t hesitate in using them when it came to selling it. Amy was incredibly helpful in all aspects of arranging the sale (and made the property look great in the photos!) Very efficient and reliable and I had confidence that I was in good hands. Susan Richardson handled our rental property very efficiently and was extremely proactive in finding the right tenant to meet our needs. Everything was handled promptly and we were kept informed at each stage of setting up the agreement. Phil now looks after the monthly management and deals with any maintenance issues our tenants may request, again keeping us informed with a quick phone call or email. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their 1st class service.
