Jason is the office branch manager in Jarrow area. I made appointment at 11:30 with the staff named Jason. However he said he was too busy to come in time so asked me to view another one with him at 12:30 however when I was there at 12:30 but I did not see him. When I phoned the company and asked why he did not be there and the company told me that he was left because I did not be there? He was definitely a professional lair because I kept the video record to prove I am there. Pattinson is a big estate agent but why allow lair worked for them? I come from Birmingham and it wasted me 7 hours driving. Not trust “ Jason” if you have appointment!!! Be careful if you have appointment with him. He must wants to back home to watch the football Newcastle to Liverpool today. Very bad guy.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received. However, the below demonstrates that several attempts were made to provide you with access to the properties you wished to view.Mr Zhai was contacted at several points during the day to ensure he viewed both properties. When the branch manager's prior appointment overran, Mr Zhai was called and requested to go to the second appointment at the agreed time, during which the branch manager would then re-arrange the delayed first viewing.The branch manager arrived at the property at the correct time of 12.05pm. Mr Zhai had received an SMS message, confirming the scheduled appointment time, but as he has stated, did not arrive until 12.30pm.The branch manager waited as long as he could but had to leave at 12.25pm to attend a scheduled block viewing at another property for 12:30pm, where multiple viewers were waiting.Mr Zhai was contacted by staff to discuss the missed appointment and rearrange for later that afternoon.The branch manager was quite prepared to extend his working day and accompany Mr Zhai to ensure his viewings took place. He kept the branch open to facilitate this.Mr Zhai declined.

Patterson’s jarrow lacks good customer service, are untrustworthy and never deal with a situation- just hand you over to someone else who also has no idea how to cope under pressure. They took a holding fee from myself for a property and with some issues (with a CCJ that was in my partners name… with investaigtion it was not his abs evidence sent to them) we lost the property. We were told if we found out the CCJ information and could provide evidence that it was not my partners then the holding fee would stand. Since then, the house has been given to another tenant and a holding fee was taken off them. There has been the most shocking communication from pattinsons with regards to the property. I’m aware that the landlord has no idea what has been going on as the wife of the landlord has fed this back to the neighbour of the properly who has contacted me to tell me this. Really terrible service from all who were involved- which was at least four colleagues. I will never use these services again and will be telling everyone I know never to use them. Terrible business.

Good Afternoon. Thank you for your comments. All interested parties are put forward to the landlord & they are also updated on any information we establish during the course of referencing. The landlord will make the final decision on whether they wish to proceed (with the application) or not, based on the final referencing outcome. We are happy to discuss the findings again with the named party and we will issue the refund of the holding fee once adequate proof has been provided that the CCJ has been filed incorrectly as previously explained.

Went to view property at field head Longhorsley Put an offer in waited 3 days no reply I then had to phone Lisa at KP in morpeth sorry we haven't heard from the vendor then two days later I had to ring again and was told if we put an offer in of 310k the vendor would except that another 3 days went past no call back I rang Lisa at KP morpeth again and was told they can't get in touch with the vendor I then found out that night the vendor had contacted Lisa at KP morpeth to apparently tell them to put the property to auction still no contact of Lisa At KP morpeth and so my wife rang another week later and spoke to Lisa at KP morpeth and was told they have a cash offer in for the auction and we still have not been told our offer has been declined she acted as if she didn't give a toss well lisa at KP morpeth and Keith Patterson and directors thanks for wasting 4 weeks of our time I would never deal with Keith Pattersons estate agent ever again as they are unprofessional and don't give a toss I hope people read this and don't deal with them as they are a shower of poopCHEERS

My stepdaughter and her partner paid a deposit on a property in order for it to be taken off the rental market. However, they weren't informed that the property was still available for auction. The manager of Pattisons in Sunderland also failed to inform them that a bid had been received on the house and the landlord had decided to simply sell. When we contacted the branch we were simply told that not only had the manager spoken to the landlord from her personal mobile (although what relevance this has is beyond me), but that it was out of her hands. No apologies or explanation as to why Pattisons hadn't contacted my stepdaughter as soon as they had this update, nor was any help offered to find alternative accommodation. There is now the possibility of the couple ending up homeless as they have given their current landlord notice. I am utterly disgusted at the manager's lack of concern or acknowledgment of responsibility.

DAN'S THE MAN!!!We had an excellent experience with Pattinsons, Houghton branch. Dan was very personable, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dan did a great job of marketing the property, with very clear communication throughout (even outside of business hours) so we got a huge amount of interest we were made an offers for 4 days after it went live! Sue, Kimberley and various others from other branches have all been fantastic to deal with. The team in the Houghton branch were friendly and efficient when dealing with every aspect, our home is now SSTC as having not done this before we were made to feel reassured and they are continuing to guided us through the whole process. Pattinson Agency in North Shields is the worst agency i ever dealt with. They are very unprofessional and the communication between the agent Jake Patterson and Sarah the referencing team was awful. It took them over a month to do the paperwork in order to rent me a flat and i was asked from Jake to chase my employer and guarantor as they were very busy and did not have the time to do their job. I am 6 months pregnant even though i told the agent Jake as i am dealing with a very stressful situation what they did to me it was DISGRACEFUL. After a month with all the paperwork when i was contacted by the agent Jake that i was gonna move in and a couple of minutes he calles back saying that the landord is not willing to rent the property i was shocked. All i have to say is to whoever reads this review you have to seriously think before dealing with PATTISONS AGENCY. SHAME ON YOU offering this kind of poor service and also putting people in such a stressful situation you should not exist as a company.

They allowed me to bid for a property that I couldn't view as I do not live in the area and intended to purchase the property as an investment. I was told my bid was the highest and in normal circumstances, it would have been accepted. But because I have not viewed the property in-person, it was rejected. If that's the case, why waste my time with all the researches I have done and allowed me to put a bid for the property only to tell me it would have been rejected anyway as I have not view the property in-person. To further rub salt into the wound, they emailed me more properties on sale for me to bid as if I am stupid enough to go through this agent again to have my bids on other properties to be rejected as I won't be able to view those properties in-person anyway. They should put a sign on their door, we only do business with locals.

Everything it's been a total nightmare dealing with them ,I've been waiting 8 weeks to view the property and still waiting for them to sort this out I ended up going to the property to find the post bow smashed off all windows open and blowing a gail through the letter box it's been empty for months and the bad weather we have had over the last several weeks what damage has this caused!!!! Ive paid over £7.000 for there fees, it's appalling, do not touch them .

Rented a house with pattinsons, after a year or so they started sending people to quote for minor or works that I didn’t ask them to do, charging me at least £60.00 each time, they did this many many times. I would receive the rent some three weeks after the tenant had paid. Cost me nearly £1000 to leave them. Best thing I ever did. Don’t go near these people. They do not look after your interests, just lining their pockets is the idea.

I would definitely recommend Pattinsons of Stockton for the sale of your house. We had ours on the market for 2 months with many positive viewings and then we had an offer. Unfortunately this fell through at the last hurdle due to the buyer and Pattinsons had the property back on the market the next day with another offer coming in within 4 days and a successful sale followed in under 2.5 months.Thanks for your help and consistent calls to keep us fully informed every step of the way.And a special mention to Gino and the chatty one they call Mel!
