James and Hayley have gone above and beyond. Both went out of their way to make a very difficult sale go ahead. Lovely. Polite. Down to earth. Friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t have dealt with a better company

Couldn’t have dealt with a better auction house ! Adam and his team were fantastic they dealt with all the million questions we had and guided us from start to finish. With only one auction round on the market to completing soon we couldn’t be more happier.

Alison and the whole team could not have been more professional. They kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, there were many obstacles to overcome and they remained calm, professional and empathetic throughout, keeping me regularly updated and often gave me information prior to my solicitor. I could not fault them, they made a very difficult process much more bearable and I can't thank them all enough, well done to you all Beth

Absolutely fantastic service from valuer James Denny. I was feeling quite overwhelmed initially having never gone through the process of a valuation before. James put me at ease straight away with his compassionate and knowledgeable approach and was able to provide a really thorough appointment around my hectic family home environment. He was patient and helpful throughout whilst explaining the valuation and process to me so clearly. Highly recommend and extremely grateful to James and the team for their valuation and service. Thank you!

I'm an absolute novice when it comes to selling a house (in this case, I was selling the house on behalf of someone else, which complicated matters further), but all the staff here made the process as pain-free as possible. What's more, they went over and beyond my expectations in every aspect of the sale. I whole-heartedly recommended this branch without any reservations.

Pattinson Rental Services

Just used Pattinson to rent out my property as have been very good when used them in past , just to say service was once again excellent especially as was just before Xmas but they found a tenant for me really quickly and sorted everything out in a really prompt time , they really are the go to estate agent in the North East can’t rate them highly enough as never been let down by them and must say didn’t expect them to find anybody till the New Year , they’ve excelled themselves once again big thank you from their team I’m sure their all very good across the board but special mention to Bedlington and Gosforth office team , great service once again.

I can’t recommend pattinson estate agents enough, from the first gentleman that showed us round for our viewing to every person we’ve dealt with they have been amazing. I’ve mainly dealt with Emily and she is an absolute credit to the company she helped us so much with everything even things that she didn’t have to deal with she went above and beyond for me and my partner. Amazing company with such lovely staff thank you so much for everything.

Selling by auction was an excellent choice for us

We would like to thank everyone at Pattinson's, especially Caitlin and Michael, for their friendly and professional service during the recent sale of our holiday cottage. We were looking for a reasonably quick "hassle free" sale but did not want to compromise on the price. We were advised "secure sale" by auction would be the best option for us, and although we were initially wary due to unfamiliarity with the process, we decided to give it a go. The whole process, from our first contact with Pattinson's to exchange of contracts, took no more than 5 weeks. Everything happened very quickly on the auction day and the bids rapidly increased from a relatively low starting point, finally comfortably exceeding our expectations before the hammer fell. And at that point, contacts are exchanged and the sale is legally binding for both parties, so there is no worry about the buyer pulling out. We would certainly use this method of sale again, and would trust Pattinson's to manage it.

What an excellent experience!

What an excellent experience! From the first day Jason from the Jarrow Branch came to value my home, offering his expert advice, getting the house on the market and multiple offers in the first day, everything has went smoothly. Emily and the rest if the team kept in regular contact and were always available to answer the questions of an anxious seller.

Houghton branch- would recommend!

We’ve just sold our home through Pattinson Houghton and we couldn’t fault them at all. We had multiple viewings straight away and sold the property for higher than asking price. We spoke to various members of the team through the sale but special mention to Dan who came to value the property and and got the sale live, Carole who we sold the property through within a week and Lauren who has kept us updated throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend enough!

A Positive House Moving Experience

I have had a very positive experience with Pattinsons. I rang on a Saturday morning for an appointment and Daniel arrived on Monday at 1pm. By Tuesday my house was marketed with excellent photographs and a steady stream of viewings. Within little more than a week it had been sold. I found Daniel and the staff professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I also found Lucy Briscoe at Core Legal very efficient. I’ve had a positive outcome as my house has completed within 8 weeks. I would recommend Pattinsons and would certainly use them again in the future should I require another move.
