GoogleI was late to contact Nest about moving (barely a week prior) but their employee, Toby, did a FANTASTIC job at going through the properties with me and helping me make a choice. He was very responsive to any changes I had on the way and was very accommodating and patient. Nest was also transparent about a temporary relocation due to maintenance work, and the property I was moved to (Opto) was very professional and made the process super smooth. GoogleI was let down by a job and was left looking for somewhere to live last minute. I found property by nest when I was searching for potential accommodation on google. The staff at property by nest were understanding of my situation, were professional and were good with communicating both via emails and phone calls. Neil in particular was extremely helpful, where he arranged a viewing for me with another staff member called Toby (who was also extremely professional) and once I decided that my chosen accommodation was where I wanted to live, created a conditional contract meaning I would only move into the accommodation if I was successful in my job interview. This meant I did not have to pay a deposit until I had received a confirmed job offer, meaning financial implications were left to a minimum. I would recommend property by nest for anyone looking for accommodation in the Newcastle area. Not only is the accommodation of extremely good quality, but the staff are very professional and go above and beyond to help find the perfect accommodation for you based on your needs.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter moving into my new place only a few days ago, i have had a great and successful time with Nest so far. I was let down by another agency and property that i was supposed to move into last Friday, therefore i called Toby that lunchtime in hope that i could find somewhere else to live, in just 72 hours notice and thankfully Toby showed me Tyne Bridge. He had my tenancy all signed and set up ready for me to move in, in just 3 days and I cannot thank him enough for helping me through the process at such short notice. I would 100% recommend Nest to anyone, they are so professional, welcoming and understand the needs of students. I am looking forward to living here for the rest of the year as it already feels like home!

GoogleI am a non-EU citizen. After finding a job in Newcastle, I needed to find a place to stay. I was referred to Property by Nest Ltd. from the HR. The people I talked to and met were very helpful, extremely professional, and eager to make my transition as easy as possible. Even after the signing, when asked for further assistance, they were kind enough to grant it. The property I saw was as advertised, no hidden charges. The place was very well taken care of, and well worth the price. 5 stars!
