GoogleFirst time user with Nest and a very positive experience in arranging a student flat for our daughter. In particular, Nicola was very understanding and professional in suggesting an alternative to our original selection and has been excellent through every part of the process, including over a very busy bank holiday weekend. Thoroughly recommended, thankyou Nicola and the Nest team.

GoogleNeil has been so helpful in terms of finding an apartment that was most suitable for me. He has been very responsive and reliable and also made the process very straightforward and easy to follow. Neil also gave his opinions on choosing a room which i thought was so useful as i wasn't sure on which layout to go for so i really appreciated this. Thank you Neil.

GoogleThey do NOT answer any queries. I’m very disappointed I sent 3 emails and called 3 times but got no response, on the calls you speak to an automated bot that cannot put you through to an actual person. Seems like they don’t want people who don’t book straight up. I’m so disappointed

GoogleI have been living in a studio apartment from Nest for two years now and I am very happy with everything. They have been able to carry out two renewals for me (for the first studio I rented and now they will do another one for a new studio I will rent from July). Neil has been really kind in addressing all my issues and questions, and I definitely recommend Nest to anyone!

GoogleThe most stressful experience I have ever had in my life. The company does not even deserve 1 star review. I’ve received the worst communication from this agency, no relies, no response to any my requests. They even charge £600 for tenancy takeover with no explanation why and no evidence from the contract. If you see this review, please avoid this company at all cost.

GoogleI was in the process of booking one room but had to change to another room for a later date due to personal circumstances. Toby and Nicola were very helpful and considerate throughout the process and were happy to answer whatever questions I had. Would recommend.

GoogleNeil was a great help in me finding somewhere to live as a professional relocating from South Wales to Newcastle! I was unable to attend a viewing because of how far I lived from Newcastle but Neil was kind enough to send me over a video viewing of the studio flat, as well as regularly updating me on progress. It's a lovely flat with a beautifully modern interior!

They're one of the very few companies around that offer modern and stylish studio apartments not only to students, but also young professionals - and for a reasonable price. GoogleLack of communication between people in the office. I booked a viewing, no one showed up, then no one answered the phone. When they finally answered the phone they apologized and booked another viewing and the day before I received an email from a Nicola saying they don’t do viewings and I can only view it through the virtual tour. I would not recommend I will not contact them again even if it was possible. Regards, Patty

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Nest (in particular Nicola). She was able to move the process faster and have my keys within the week.
