GoogleContacted Nest asking for properties in a specific area, had a reply within a few hours. This is unlike another high profile letting agent, who never got back in touch after replying to one of their emails. Nicola picked up the query and replied at each stage in the process in a professional and timely manner. As the process neared the end, with a deposit and first month's rent paid up-front, the pace of conversation accelerated to keep things moving smoothly along. Nicola also answered some questions over the phone and via email which was much appreciated. I am now looking forward to moving into my new property. Thanks again.

GoogleThe agency hold up the signature of contract of three weeks and cancel it just because they double booked, and notice me by just sending an email of "the studio is not more avaliable" in their first email ( the reason of double booked was informed after my follow up questions and again the reply was hold for a week). Even they cancel by booking because of THEIR MISTAKE, there is no apologise and any follow-up services of searching for my next room. I am now throwing out with no where to stay 2 month before my current tenancy ends. I have lived in one of the studio for an year, most of the staff used to replies fast and being helpful. However, I won't consider them again as this was a super disappointing and frustrating experience. :(

GoogleI booked short let flat through Nest. I was guided well by Neil throughout the complete process. When I initially dropped an email requesting for the availability, I was informed with the clear list of vacant flats and I was asked to chose one among them. But Neil found a better flat at a good price for what we were looking for. The apartment has all the facilities which we were looking for. I am completely satisfied with the what is allotted for us. Thanks very much Neil and Nest team for making the process very smooth and clear.

GoogleWe needed to find a studio for our daughter for her next uni year. We made contact with Nicola who booked us in for a viewing in the New Year. She took us to both the Jesmond and Melbourne apartments where she showed us round both properties so that our daughter could make up her mind. Nicola answered all of our questions and we were very impressed with both properties it was hard to choose. I would definitely recommend using Nicola through Property by Nest

GoogleIt was really hard to find accommodation for six months. But I could find my room for six months easily through the Nest. Toby was so kind and helpful. I haven't moved to new room yet, but I'm so happy to proceed with the tenancy agreement through the Nest.

GoogleI initially had no idea how to rent a short-term flat in the UK as I come from Taiwan and don't know any Taiwanese who have rental experience after graduation from university. Fortunately, I found the website of Nest and talked to Nicola. Nicola provided me with several suitable options with reasonable fees therefore I could instantly choose one of them as my future accommodation! I would like to thank Nest and the staff assisting me.

The options available were conveyed to me transparently and she displayed nothing but diligence in ensuring my reservation and subsequent booking went through quickly.
